ONCE AGAIN this restaurant continues to give us wrong salad. We have tried going to store to get order right. Tried using the app to order salad and yet they continue to not look what our order is right. We have called again today and was told two hours ago we would get call about our order today and still nothing. Suppose to b a southwest salad with spicy filet and as u can see not even label on salad and pulled other label off bag to show how they continue this behavior of not complete this order correctly. Most definitely done going to this store with lack of unprofessional.

The Chick-fil-A near my house is genuinely amazing every single time. The food is always fresh, hot, and tastes like it was made with actual care. The workers are insanely friendly and make the place feel welcoming, even when it’s busy. My order is always right, and the service is way faster than you’d expect. I got the grilled nuggets which I’ve never gotten before. That was fine, but I asked for sauce and didn’t receive any so I was very disappointed. Also, I got the kale side salad and I probably wouldn’t get it again just because of my own personal taste. But the customer service was awesome as usual!

Great location, friendly staff, easy access in and out of the parking lot and plenty of room to park. Probably my favorite location to go to in Toledo area. Clean, pretty good outside eating area for the warmer months.

At the window while I was paying, I asked about the peppermint chip milkshake and whether it had chocolate, as I am allergic to chocolate. Amanda said she could make it without the chocolate and just use the peppermint syrup and I was so excited to be able to try it because no one else has ever made this extraordinary offer. Great service, loved the milkshake!!
