BUYER BEWARE Don’t go. This is the worse chic fil a I’ve ever been to. I won’t go back. Even after telling them how bad they suck. They said ok. The food was cold when we got it home like it has been sitting there forever.

This Chick-fil-A Express is anything but express. There is always a crazy wait for food and my order is consistently wrong. If you aren’t ordering fries and chicken it’s not going to be right. Today I subbed the fried chicken for the spicy grilled filet on my Cobb. That was correct. But they left off the egg and I hardly got any salad or chicken at all. This was after waiting 20 minutes. I am continually disappointed and don’t receive this service or food from any other Chick-fil-A location.

Little store in middle of campbellsville uni..showed up 3:45pm Monday. Doors locked, all chairs on tables, front door locked national chain in a hillbilly uni. Now I’ve seen it all.

I will never be able to say how much I love Chick fil-a, ever! Their service is top notch at whatever location I go to but I guess the Elizabethtown, KY store is my go-to because its the closest one to me & the one I visit the most often.

If you’re not aware, they have an app that you can order on & choose curbside pickup as your preferred method (verses drive thru or going in). Once I discovered this, I use it all the time & its so convenient! You will also score points each time you scan your app when ordering & this allows you the option to get free food or drinks on future orders.

Their grilled chicken sandwich is amazing (with the honey bbq sauce) & recently I tried the cobb salad which was also fantastic! I don’t think Chick fil-a could get it wrong if they tried 🙂

I always get excited when I see a new Chick fil-a being built but unfortunately its not in my town at this time. Danville KY is getting a new one (at time of review the building is done on the outside – Nov 2023) and I’m excited that the Pigeon Forge area has a second location now!

I always love the service at Chick Fil-a, they make you feel so valued as a customer every time!

Chic fil a is consistently a good experience. It is on of the few places that has almost no problems with staff, is fairly clean most of the time, and food is made with quality unlike other fast food restaurants in town. A fairly large issue for the local populace is the fact that this establishment is an “Express” location. This means that a full menu is not served, there is no drive through, and gift cards are not accepted. In short, what little of the menu is served and made well, but the inconvenience of going there may turn away some potential customers looking for a quick meal.
