Rude service with no hello or anything. Acted like I was bothering them by ordering. If you like a little chicken with your biscuit then this is your place. Chicken was so small and so thin you could barely taste it. Very disappointing! Picture is of the thickest part of the chicken.

I ordered only biscuit and hash browns. Paid around $5.5. Check my receipt late, and I was charged for Chicken Biscuit (& hash browns), and I got Egg Cheese Bacon Biscuit. Messed my order up pretty bad.
The staff was quite hard working and friendly. Hash browns were nice, warm, and crispy.

Amazing to have a gluten free option at CVG! Grilled chicken sandwich with a GF bun. Fries are fried separately and are also GF! The manager this evening was so nice explaining the options. What a relief! #celiac #coeliac #glutenfree

It was 750 pm ordered sweet tea walked away and sipped on tea. It was Not sweet tea! The young girl stated there was no sweet tea all while 6 people including supervisor were talking and doing nothing. I asked to speak to supervisor, asked Teresa Miller , supervisor for sweet tea. She stated, “there is none.” Asked what time they close. She stated 9pm. I asked could no one here make sweet tea and supervisor, Teresa stated, “No”

I very rarely leave poor reviews, but this experience was worth noting. We had a 7am flight and were traveling with littles. Chic-fil-a was the only recognizable food option for our kids so I stood in the long line to order them food. The lady who took my order was notably annoyed with every customer she interacted with and the lady working the pick up counter was beyond frazzled. The people making the food in the back were rude and messing up orders left and right. My order was incorrect three different times. I finally got our kids set up and just went to another walk up and ordered food for myself. Poor customer service and overall the crew had a terrible attitude.

I used to love coming to this particular Chick-fil-A. Lately however it seems like their service has gone downhill. I came in earlier today ordered a grilled chicken sandwich wrapped in lettuce and a diet lemonade. I received a fried chicken sandwich between 2 pieces of lettuce and a regular lemonade. I came in tonight at ab 9:05 to switch out the said lemonade and no lie 4 people in drive through including a manager looked at me and said nothing. 3 of which were just standing there. The manager made direct eye contact with me and turned away. Granted she had a bag in her hand but regardless she could have said something. A person had come in from outside and ended up assisting me. I was wondering if I had turned into the invisible woman until he came in. After I left I drove around the store and one of the employees from drive through was miraculously right where I had been standing. I used to come to this chick-fil-a and feel like I was in an episode of Cheers where everyone knows your name and they are glad you came. I would come on purpose and out of my way bc of the service and quality of food. Now? Quality of food is still great but the service is becoming just like any other run of the mill restaurant. Non existent.
