Worst Chick-fil-A customer service I have ever had. Was told to wait for my food in the parking spot, 26mins later no food. I went inside and the one guy who was willing to help said they did have any pending orders.

As with any Chick-fil-A food was good. Hot and fresh. Staff was friendly. Only thing was compare to other Chick-fil-A services was pretty slow. Most Chick-fil-A are faster at getting people though the drive though. May be understaff some which i get. But I rather have good food then fast services and bad food. So over all good place to eat.

Lines were backed up for awhile finally after waiting about 10 minutes 3 staff members started taking drive-thru orders. Once I received my food I had to return inside for missing order. Staff apologized. They were just super busy when we were passing through.

I have never left a negative review anywhere ever, but I am so annoyed at my latest experience. All of my condiments were wrong and my fries were stale and cold. This was a delivery, but fries shouldn’t be bone could kept in a bag for a 10 minute drive. Quite a let down from the regular quality service Chick-fil-A is known for and I feel I just wasted $17 on not at all appetizing food.
