Chick-fil-A prides itself on great food and great service, and this location is no exception. The drive-thru lines are always long as the food is delicious and the staff are the kindest!
We have both dined-in and had takeout from here. The staff are very hard at work and always say “my pleasure.” Their manners and kindness are off the charts. They strive to keep the restaurant clean and tidy. The staff that work outside taking drive-thru orders make it a more personable experience and it’s one of my favourite things about Chick-fil-A besides the food!
Their chicken tenders are one of my favourite items and I love to get a pack of 3 with a lemonade and Chick-fil-A sauce (the best). Getting a 20 piece box of their Chick-N-Minis to share also hits the spot. My favourite item at Chick-fil-A is their waffle fries with cheese sauce. They are their signature side dish and the combo of the two is SCRUMPTIOUS!
For dessert, when it’s available, their Peach Milkshake is absolutely delicious; very fruity and creamy. I definitely recommend this Chick-fil-A location for great food and prompt, polite service!

We went to this location for drinks and ice cream. The service was friendly and the ice cream was creamy and delicious. I can’t speak to their hot items but if they are like every other Chick fil a I have been to it should be delicious.

This was my first time ever eating at a Chick-fil-A restaurant and I can honestly say I do wish I’d decided to eat here a long time ago! The food was amazing, the service was awesome & we received our food very quickly. No wait time really at all. Plus it was fresh so that’s a huge plus to me. Id highly recommend this restaurant to anyone & I’ll definitely be eating here again!

This is probably the worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been at while living in Lexington. They don’t carry standard menu items, they wouldn’t put the whipped cream in a cup on the side of the milkshake that I ordered for me to give to my dog, and we ordered a 30 piece nugget today and they gave us TWO sauces for the entire meal. Whoever the operator of this location is clearly is worried the bottom line and trying to save a couple bucks and it absolutely shows.

Delicious! The best fast food chicken sandwich in town. This is the newest Chick-fil-A in town and I have to say that it is well designed. There is easy access, with 2 different ways to enter or leave from Harrodsburg Rd (one entrance directly before and one entrance directly after at the light). I was able to place my to go order through the drive through and received my food and was on my way back home within just a few minutes. The workers were so friendly and helpful as we all have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Don’t you wish that all fast food chains would hire and train workers to their level? Anyways, when I got home everything I asked for and ordered was in the bags (even down to the exact number of sauce and mayo packets that I had asked for).

I recently went here with my friend after a long day of moving. While we sat at our table enjoying our food and employee names Ricky stopped by to check on us and he was great. We actually kept him from finishing taking out the trash having a very lovely conversation with him. I’m a manager in fast food and I know good employees can be hard to come across, and Ricky is one of those employees.

So many issues with orders at this location. I cannot recommend. More than half of my 10+ visits have had issues. I have had good food here but the probability of an issue is way too high. I give up at this point. Incorrect orders, missing items, poor quality, cold food, drinks not full, even black plastic shreds baked into a biscuit.
