This app is a complete joke. I order ahead and somehow my food does not get touched until I walk into the restaurant. So what exactly am I supposed to be gaining here besides wasted time and higher blood pressure.
I am beyond irritated. Watching employees stand around while my order magically starts only after I arrive is infuriating. Stop advertising convenience when you clearly do not give a damn about it. If I wanted to order when I got there I would not have used the app in the first place.
This location has fallen off hard. Lazy execution lazy service and zero respect for customers time. Fix it or stop pretending you are efficient because this is embarrassing.

First time going to this restaurant. I went for breakfast and my order was wrong, which i understand, super busy place! I asked for a #6 but was given a bacon biscuit and almost no hash browns. I left the restaurant after getting my order and was already driving down the road when i checked it so my partner had to turn around which was a slight inconvenience. staff was amazing and made it right. She was super friendly. Breakfast food wasn’t the best in my opinion, Hash browns was great and crispy but the biscuit was kinda dry and not much flavor in the eggs, bacon was good. Probably would return just to tey the fries. Giving it a 3 star only because the first experience wasn’t the best but service was great. It was both mine and my partners first time at chick fil a.

I live in Richmond and work in Lexington. Whoever owns the Richmond store needs to go shadow whoever owns the Lexington store on Nicholasville Road. Every time I go to the Richmond store the line is so long and you wait in the line for over 20 minutes. I’m not even going at rush hour. And it’s never a solid reason either. One night I don’t think the kid could work the iPad which I don’t think was any fault of his own obviously, he’s not been trained properly. I could go to Texas roadhouse and have my food sooner. They always forget something every single time or they give me the wrong thing that has literally never happened at the Lexington store. They always get it right. At the end of the day yes it’s just fast food. It’s just chicken nuggets, but people work 40 hours a week bust their butts and at the end of the day just want dinner or maybe they’re on lunch. It’s just kind of ridiculous and I’m sure the owner makes a crap ton of money whoever it is needs to invest in training their employees.

Manager by the name of Remingtom was working tonight and was very unprofessionall! I paid for extra cheese 3 times and still barely had cheese on my salad ! At that point any normal manager would have made sure the customer was satisfied without having to go through the speech of its portioned and so on when clearly I dont mind paying when I can atleast get or see what I paid for. I drive trucks all over so I go to many chickfala’s almost daily and have for many years, just was at one last night in another state and have never had to go through so much to still leave dissatisfied. Will never stop here again and voiced that to her as a manager and she didnt care one bit and thats not usually how chickfala customer service is so I sum it up to prejudice and called back to get her name and had to go through so much to get that from an employee when I only asked who was the manager on duty for complaint purposes and it took 5 mins after being put on hold for her to get on phone to give that information. Be aware of this behavior and dont spend your money where you’re not treated accordingly
