This was my first experience with Chick-fil-A and I have to admit that it was such an awesome experience from beginning to end. I never would have expected such service and food quality in a fast food restaurant. Makes you wonder why all the other fast foods can’t be the same or at least come close to it.

The food is always good. I will never understand why they don’t put the soft drink machines out in the dining area as Self-serve. It holds up the line when the cashier has to make the soft drinks and people always going up there for a refill. Sometimes you have to wait up there for several minutes for a refill.

Food took a WHILE to get it, tons of people that came in and ordered after us got their food way before us. With tons of employees just standing around I’m not sure why there was such a long wait. When we did get our order one of our drinks was missing, items missing has been a thing lately as the last time we went they forgot nuggets in a kids meal and the worker had an attitude when I let her know they were missing. The guy going around checking on everybody was friendly and I appreciated his conversation. Overall it was a typical fast food experience, I guess.

Ordered 3 meals on app for pick up. Asked for sauce. When handing me bag asked about straws and sauce, she said it’s in the bag. Took her word for it and got home to find…. Was here to pick up a DoorDash order. Told the guy who I was waiting on. Several minutes later, he brings the order I was waiting on and just sat it down on the counter several feet away from me. Because it was behind the counter, I had to wait once again why four people walked past me and didn’t ask me what I was waiting on. There was five or six people just standing around talking.

How is it possible for a Chic-fil-a to run out of Chic-fi-a sauce? I’m laughing and disappointed. This seems so appropriate for this end of town … and I live here. Come on guys, surely we can plan a little better than this. And to make matters worse, I ordered 3 drinks and realized half way out of the parking lot I was given 1 straw. Chicken was chewy/rubbery & fries were cold. No one greeted me or anyone else that walked in after me. I walked over to pickup and had to walk to the front of the counter to get someone to speak to me. After basically inserting myself and being able to speak to someone-then service was great. I was shocked, I’ve never had an experience like this at this location. I guess there’s a first for everything though!

I don’t think I’ve ever said no to Chick-fil-A… ever. I visit this location a lot as it is close to my apartment and I always get great service. The food is hot and delicious. The wait time is never long. The store itself is always clean. I love coming here.

If you ask to remove anything from your order, expect to get it anyways from this location. I requested to not have the jalapeno sauce or granola included and not only do they lut it in anyways, they doubled it this last time!
If you need utensils with your meal, chances are you either wont get them (usually my experience) or you’ll get the wrong kind. I got a spoon instead of a fork this time.
Food tasted great though and time to get my food was quick.
