Really you can’t beat Chick fil A food, prices, and customers service and wait time. They excel in all the areas.
My experience here has been positive and friendly. I even went yesterday for breakfast.
It does get busy around lunch and evenings, due to hungry peeps and traffic. But the staff keeps the lanes moving and are friendly.

I believe the location located on Bardstown Road in the same parking lot of Costco, is going downhill at a rapid rate. Either that, or they are in desperate need of coaching or re-training. Just 1 day after this incident on January 22, 2026, my 8 year old daughter and I opted to eat in. It was extremely busy due to the incoming weather. For that there was an abundance of grace. Unfortunately, we waited 27 minutes for our dinner. We had to go up to the counter with our receipt, wait another few minutes at the counter, and receive the order. The spicy chicken deluxe sandwich (replacement from above referred incident) was cold. The cheese could not even get flimsy, let alone melt. There were no extra pickles. I worked through my anxiety. (It, again, was extremely busy AND this was a correction for the previous mistake.) After bringing it to the counter, the manager touched the sandwich to confirm my claim. She agreed and requested the kitchen replace it. The second sandwich received had the SAME EXACT issue. I could not bring myself to go up there again. My daughter, on the other hand, was not ok with the situation. She brought it to the attention of a drive thru employee taking their PPE to the back area of the dining room/storage space, where we were sitting in a booth. My daughter explained that I have anxiety and did not want to be any further of a bother. The employee was extremely kind and brought the same manager who had assisted previously to our table. That manager no longer cared to assist. She made a statement that, “Maybe if I just let it sit in the container for a while, the cheese would warm up.” I simply shut down and left.
I have NEVER had a negative experience with this company. To have them back to back. Once the day before, then THREE times in-store….. Unexpected to say the least.

Hands down, the best Chik Fila in Louisville. I come here all the time. And my order has never been wrong. Not once. And I would say 95% of the time my food is perfect. The great always out weighs the mediocre quality

My pleasure in doing this review. Staff was on top of things. They were super friendly and food came out fast and hot. Wasn’t crazy busy at all on a Monday afternoon. Lots of parking is available and a drive through too. Very clean inside including the bathrooms which is always a big plus. It’s located in the same complex as the Costco.

I stopped at this Chick-fil-A and was impressed with the quality overall. The food was hot, fresh, and served exactly as ordered, and the restaurant was kept very clean. The staff were polite and attentive, creating the friendly service that Chick-fil-A is known for. The only part that could have been better was the wait time, since the line was moving slower than expected. Other than that, everything else was excellent and I would definitely visit this location again.

They get two stars because food is good. They also get two stars because every time I order food from here I receive the wrong order or get shorted on my food. You especially have to watch out ordering fries from this chick fil a as they will happily take your money for a large and only give you enough fries to fill a medium. I’ll happily return to chick fil a, just not this one. Do better.
