Chick-fil-A is located inside the mall along the bicycling line, which can make it a bit busy, but the food is really good. The chicken is always fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Service is friendly and fairly quick considering the location. A solid spot for a tasty meal while shopping or passing through.

Stopped by this location for lunch this afternoon. When I arrived, there were probably 7 or 8 customers waiting for their orders, with more in line. Two employees were working the front by themselves, Samantha and Sebastian, and they were cool as cucumbers. Even during the busy lunch rush, they gave fantastic customer service, while also having a sense of urgency. I waited only a few minutes for my food and it was great. Other customers had their food out in no time as well. Very impressive and deserves positive recognition.

This Chick-fil-A is so far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The workers got my order wrong and argued with me over changing it. They acted rude and didn’t even apologize for their mistake. What type of management allows this behavior towards customers? I will never go to this location ever again.

I ordered my food through the app and it showed it was ready. Since they were busy I went through the line and informed the employee that my mobile order was ready. She had informed me to wait under the sign, which I Understand. But this location is terrible at calling mobile orders so I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for my food. And I work in the mall so I order through the app to not waist break time, by the time I got my food it was cold. If I could rate this place without a star I would. I don’t recommend ordering through the app here. I’ve always had a terrible service by ordering through the app.

My husband and I love Chick-fil-A like most people, but this is consistently the worst one we’ve ever been to. I order a chicken wrap on the way to friends house not too long ago and when I got there I unrolled it to find absolutely no chicken in it. Only lettuce and cheese? I don’t even know how that happened. Had it not been so late at night I would’ve gladly gone back to show them and get our money back. In addition to this their fries taste very weird here. They are extremely dry and no salt. Chicken is also weirdly dry and cold. I much prefer the Chick-fil-A near Costco or the one in front of Home Depot.

I’m in employee of the mall and I go to Chick-fil-A a lot because the employees are really nice and willing to give a refill. They are also never acting like it’s an issue to serve you and they are always really polite. I feel like this location also is pretty quick and the team seems to work together well. I would say 99% of the time my food has been fresh and I will continue to support this location.

Upon entering, I was promptly greeted by an employee named Hunter, whose demeanor was unexpectedly discourteous. He displayed a lack of manners and adopted a confrontational tone, particularly towards my sister. Such behavior is unacceptable under any circumstances.
