We knew once this location opened, it would be BUSY. When that calmed down, my husband and I have been busy where we couldn’t make time. How dare either of us visit the first time without the other and we HAD to dine in. Lol FINALLY today we MADE time. We were VERY impressed! We usually are with Chick Fil A locations, this one is different. This is OUR TOWNS location. We were greeted the moment we walked in the door although it was lunch time and everyone was busy, from the restrooms, to the front counter to the dining room, sparkling clean. Everyone was extremely kind. We received our food quickly and it was OUTSTANDING! The gentleman overseeing the dining room Thanked us for coming and Blessed our day. Honestly we could not have asked for a better first time experience. Our town needed this!! Thank you so VERY much!! All the best!!

I have been so excited to try out this new Chick-fil-A in Bardstown, and my expectations were exceeded. Staff members were extremely friendly and personable, even with a rush of people coming in and out. Food was hot and tasty! I truly have no complaints, especially for it being a newly opened restaurant. I will absolutely be going back again. 10/10⭐️

We visit the Bardstown CFA frequently and are pleased every time. The food is fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect from the brand. The staff is especially impressive—friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about making sure everything is right. You can tell this location is being run with intention and pride. Clean restaurant, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back and are happy to support this location.

Normally I have good experiences at chick fil a. Today I got my food quickly which was nice, but waited 30-35 minutes for 3 drinks in the drive thru. Was never approached to ask what we were still waiting on and had to eventually go up to the window and ask for my drink which was sitting on the table by the window was just never brought out. It seemed like a lot of teenagers were working and the supervisor on shift was not good at managing them.

The food was good, tho the chicken sandwich seems to be shrinking in size. The employees were fantastic. You don’t expect service (asking if you want refills, tray pickup) at your table at a fast-food restaurant. I was impressed!

Chickfila is always good, but with this location in specific it always takes an extra 5-10 minutes. They need a mobile-thru line or something. Also, the chicken is extra thick and I always find tough bits or fat in it, which I never find at other Chickfilas. I’ve tried the nuggets, tenders, and biscuits. My wife and I both got a chicken biscuit this morning and neither of us finished it. The biscuit was hard, and the chicken was too thick. Better than Mcdonalds but not Chickfila standard.

First time I’d had the chicken biscuits in years and whole good it wasn’t as good as I’d remembered. They call it a biscuit but it’s more reminiscent of a homemade yeast roll, yum. But they were a little on the doughy side and not as much honey butter as they used to have. But still very good and love the potato rounds.

Went through the drive thru on December 5th. Spent just over 1 hour in line and waiting for my food. When I finally was able to place my order I was told they were out of 2 of the 3 items I had wanted. Ok, that can happen. When I finally made it to the drive thru window it looked a circus inside. Some of the staff were laughing and playing with each other while others just standing around, the person making the drinks had about 30 drinks on the table, shakes melting. It looked like no one was in charge. I heard one the workers saying you gave his order to the wrong person as they looked my way. I was at the window for about 5 minutes when I was told to pull ahead. 10 minutes later someone came to my car and said we lost your order that it self deletes after 30 minutes and asked what I had ordered. I told them that this was ridiculous, they said that they would comp my order. 5 minutes later they came back and asked me again what my order was. The 3rd time someone came to my car I assume it was a manger. They had my order finally. They told me their system had crashed and they would credit my card for my purchase. Well this has not happened yet. If your system crashed and or self deletes how do you know which card was mine? You never asked my name. The only reason I am writing this review is that they are liars. I was traveling through town just for the night and wanted a quick bite. This is not your normal Chick-fil-A. No leadership, No responsibility.

Slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. Food is good but the wait time is horrendous. They have to lanes but do not utilize the second making people merge after you order. Definitely need a mobile thru line. I have never experienced this at any other location. Definitely need help here.
