I came through the drive thru tonight 2/4/26 and asked for fresh strips in my meal and was told they couldn’t do that until the whole batch of strips were gone. First when I asked I was told it would be a wait and I said that’s fine. Then the girl proceeds to tell me she has to ask her manager and her manager is the one who stated I couldn’t have fresh food. Which is a lie. I have worked at Chic Fil A and this is false. If someone asks for fresh food then that’s what they should get. After I ordered I sat in line for almost 10 minutes before I got to the window. It obviously wasn’t their pleasure tonight. They tell you no if you ask for fresh food. This is why I usually go to the one in Starkville if I want it.

Let’s start with John was very patient and professional, even with the chaos of the season. i.e. Christmas. His coworkers were very loud with their employees chatter, and not being steady with work.
The food was very subpar, not chick-fil-A quality at all. More like KFC . I had been driving all day after working and was not feeling heavy food. We ordered a salad, spicy chicken meal, and a 10pc. strip meal. The market salad was warm and had brown leafs. Not very appealing or appetizing.
The spicy chicken, was with mayo and extra pickles; it didn’t have mayo and the waffle fries tasted old, they were hard. As for the 10pc. strip meal, let’s just say they were small and curled up made it hard to dip and cold, again the waffle fries were hard and cold. The coke was alright but I ordered a frozen lemonade and it was like a vanilla shake so not what I wanted. I had worked an 8hr shift and drove 11hrs here for Christmas. All I wanted was food and sleep. I went to Chick-fil-A for quality food and came away with subpar food. Not what I know Chick-fil-A for. No I did not call to complain due to being so tired. Columbus,Ms. Chick-fil-A needs to due better. I spent over $40. Do better for the community. It already has plenty of mediocre and subpar restaurants.
With that all being said, I understand December 23rd @ 5:30pm is and was very chaotic. I wish you all a blessed and Merry Christmas. John in drive-thru keep up the fantastic work in chaos. You were the BEST of the experience, thank you.

This Columbus, MS location is NOT up to the usual chic-fil-A standards. I was in the drive-thru twice in one evening (due to missing items in my order) and both times it was at a standstill. Appeared to be plenty of employees inside, but?? The grilled chicken did taste good..

As usual the food was okay but the service was less than stellar. I availed myself to the drive through only to be met by a young woman who was on her cellphone and still had her night scarf on her head. She never greeted me and failed to offer salad dressing options. C’mon…do the job you’re being paid to do AND embrace the culture of service.

I called to try and place a catering order. The manager Keisha answered the phone and talked to someone else for about 2 mins before she said hello to me and asked what she could do for me. When I asked her the price of what I wanted to order she started talking to someone else again and then hung up on me!

Drive through SUCKS not like normal Chick Fil A where they go window to window streamlining everything, i sat in the drive through for over 40 minutes to get to the food window. They SEVERELY need to step up their game. The worker taking my order took 7 or 8 minutes just to “take my order” which was a simple chicken sandwich meal.

After a really long flight, and no real food all day..we were staring!! we took an Uber to this Chick-fil-A, but their dining room had just closed, but they let us stay in long enough to place our order and wait for our food we appreciated the great service!

We don’t usually eat in, but daughter and I had time to waste before an appointment. Besides being clean, and usual good food, an employee who I believe was named Teresa was going to tables and making sure everyone was happy, getting refills for customers, and taking trays and trash. Above and beyond with a smile.
