I go here regularly for lunch. Considering how many times I’ve been here you’d think that at least one order would have been wrong but no, not one single order of mine has ever been wrong. Not to mention I love the food here. It’s obviously cooked with care and not just sloppily put together. The service is also outstanding. I accidentally selected milk on my daughters order and asked at the window to switch to apple juice. Not only were they not rude with this interaction they also followed through. Can’t say enough good things about this establishment.

There is absolutely NO WAY I believe one bad comment on here about any employee here. ALL of these employees are professional,clean,honest,friendly,just pleasent. Service is AWESOME never have they been rude I’ve been coming here since they opened. This place is just CLEAN GOOD SERVICE everything most fast foods in meridian are not. Place was VERY, VERY crowded! And, I received the wrong order and not a complete order. Fries were not hot. Spicy chicken sandwich that I didn’t order was fried too hard on the sides. My sweet tea had more ice than see. In about 6 sips, it was gone.

This location has every other Chick-fil-A location beat with their customer service skills. There is one older gentleman that work there who constantly come around to ask customers can he do more to assist them. I live in another state now but when I saw him walk into the building it made me feel special because customer service skills like his vanished many years ago. I wish I could remember his name but I am very horrible with names.

I did not have the chick fil a experience that I normally had. The restaurant was not cleaned up, there was paper on the tables and floors. The restaurant itself was crammed. Then, I feel like this was the first time we actually had to wait on our order.

Never a bad experience at chickfila. Service was good. Friendly and prompt even though they were slammed. Tables were being cleaned quickly. Bathrooms were clean.
