I went through drive thru at Chik Fil A. The guy who took my order was so polite and upbeat. He wished me a blessed day and he left a great impression on me. He also knew the menu well when I asked specific questions during my order. The girl who gave me my completed order addressed me by name, and she was calm, kind and polite. She went the extra mile and was very curteous. They had extra great customer service today. They did really great and the food was amazing.

Let me start with: the tea is old. Idk if it was left sitting out for a long time or the crew doesn’t clean the nozzles properly. Either way: disappointing. Now the real reason for my review-if you really wanna make a pregnant woman mad: mess with her food. Who the heck puts cheese on a chicken sandwich? That doesn’t even go together! I didn’t say anything about changing my order. I ordered a meal number 1 as is. No sauce. That’s it. Nothing hard about that. Yet there were no pickles and then cheese added. Normally I would brush this kind of stuff off bc I get it things happen. But tonight I just happened to be in the area because I wanted to take my kids to a movie. I live all the way in Clinton. So imagine how genuinely upset I am when I get home, nauseous and tired, open my food and totally wrong sandwich. Literally just listen and pay attention-or maybe fast food isn’t the job for you? Not hard. Sincerely, a very disappointed, nauseous pregnant lady.

The food is really good and I always enjoy the meals but the last few times me and my boyfriend went, the customer service has been extremely strange and awkward. The last time we ate there I had a very rude encounter from the girl behind the counter. She had a tan and blonde hair and she gave me a very weird look right when we got to the counter. I asked for my salad without chicken on it and she gave me a horrible attitude. I’ve gotten this order before multiple times and never had a problem. When we approach the counter I told her I wanted a spicy Southwest salad with no chicken and she looked at me and gave me a very strange look and said in a very rude manner “umm The chicken is what makes the salad spicy” first of all, that is not the case at all. The spicy salsa makes the salad spicy. I just sat there awkwardly for a minute taken back for a moment at the rude comment. I mainly explained to her that the spicy salsa makes the salad spicy. She sat there quietly entering it into the computer, But then gave me awkward small talk after. It was a very uncomfortable experience. And I just got this very strange attitude from her like I had done something wrong. Another time we went, there was a guy at the counter that kept asking over and over what we ordered because it’s confusing apparently. I asked for no chicken on my salad and I got chicken on my salad.. I feel like it’s not hard to understand. Customer service is very rude.

UPDATE: We visited yesterday, and the service and food were great.
My family and I always enjoy Chick-fil-A. We have never been disappointed. The food is always on point and delivers the taste you expect. With that being said, some of the franchises do seem to be dwindling on the speed of service. I’m not sure where the issue may be, but it’s definitely the only thing experiencing a hiccup in the process.
The fact that more customers seem to complain could be the cause in the decrease in service speed, but who knows.

Order ahead they say it will be faster. It won’t you’ll be stuck in line for 30 minutes and see people 5 cars behind you get their order taken get their food and leave. Then get your food and it’s cold. Ordered a large and not even a medium size.

I honestly just had a terrible experience literally five cars in the mobile order line were ahead of the other line and they for some reason. Just decide to forget about the mobile order line even though we had been waiting first. I mean, just watching car after car go by and they’re not doing first come first serve. I was at the front of the mobile line and all I was waiting for was a shake and a frosted coffee and I’m watching all of these people who got there after me get their shakes and their coffee so I know it wasn’t the machine. Not only that, but as I’m sitting there watching them, take care of everyone else ahead of the mobile order line. I’m watching my frozen coffee and milkshake just sit there in expo. I knew that that was my order by the time we got it, they were both melted.
I mean, do you guys not have anyone overseeing these kids who are supposed to be running out? This food is no one explaining to them that food is supposed to be taken out when it’s ready and you don’t just let something sit there in expo?

Horrid. 7:00pm and 4 cars in line… took 20 minutes to take our order and get our food. Fries were hot, strips and nuggets were cold and hard. Something is WAY wrong st this store and not even close to chick fil a standards. Hoping I never come back to this location.
