This is the location inside University of MS Medical Center (UMMC). The service was very fast and the employees were SUPER friendly and professional. They were very busy but very proficient indeed!
The sitting area is very very nice. Finishing it will be the issue because like going through a made but it’s worth it. I highly recommend this location if you happen to be at or near UMMC.

I first had a sandwich back in the 70s at the Jackson Mall and was immediately hooked on Chic Filet. I can’t begin to count how many times I’ve eaten there and it’s always been great. Sadly, I was served the traditional chicken sandwich and couldn’t eat it due to a foul taste I can’t describe. I didn’t complain because I had some colleagues with me that were enjoying their meal and I must mention that the staff were so polite and genuine. I’m planning on giving it another try in the future. Sincerely

Made to order would be great, but I do understand that’s not the company policy. It’s just when I order a sandwich I like it dressed with the condiments that I want already on it. Not everyone likes just eating plain biscuit/ bun chicken pickle. Food quality was good though.

As much of a CFA fan as I am, I must say that I am not overly enthused with the way this one inside Baptist Memorial is set up. Rather than it being like a typical CFA, it’s a grab and go station that has to go through the cafeteria checkout. The mobile ordering isn’t an option. So, that really stinks.

They need to open the restaurant. If staffing is an issue, pay more money it’s quite simple. Be the leader of the industry you claim to be. Since they have closed the dining room and almost 2 years. I’ve been there three times. I used to be there at least once a week.
