Food quality was not fresh and was cold, not at all up to Chick-fil-A standards, and the [lack of] customer service I received from the manager, Desiree, was even worse. She had a stale attitude and no customer service skills. Although I arrived at the restaurant and placed and paid for my order prior the restaurant closing, Desiree instructed the staff to clean the ice cream machine prior to the store closing, and offered nothing to replace the missing item, but a sticker (used on the mobile order bags). I waited over 10 minutes for cold fries, hard chicken tenders, and watched the ice cream machine being cleaned while customers waited and ordered food items. This is the worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had. I wish I had waited ten minutes and driven to the one 2 minutes away after leaving the mall.

Great service as always, but I was given either old or burnt waffle fries…I have NEVER had anything bad to say about Chic Fil A until today. I honestly can’t believe it, but it won’t deter me from eating there again, hopefully this is a one off thing. Sorry I posted on the WRONG location too, I got these from the stand alone restaurant on county line road.

Thinking I was getting fresh fruit…instead I got molded fruit. You mean to tell me none of the staff saw it? Gross. They took all the condiments out of the compartments which makes no sense at all. Inconvience. None of the other Chick-Fil-A’s inconvience me or give me molded fruit.

On a Wednesday at 2pm it took like it seemed forever to get our order. Food was good. Table had a sticky feeling to it like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile but the table was there to serve all the restaurants there so I can’t blame the sticky table on Chick-fil-A.

Went to the county line rd store. When I got to the window the employe handed me my coffee but squeezed as he was handed out the window. Some spilled on me actually a lot spilled on me. I have a burn on my leg Employee knee he spilled it and gave me some napkins. Said sorry about that and said he had put some extra napkins in my bag. Had to go home and change clothes. Burn was bad but not hospital bad. Got some burn cream for it and have pictures to do y it. Called corporate and they said the owner would call me. It has been two days. And no call. If your not got to respect or respond to something that could have been potentially bad it says a lot about what chic filet stands for. I will spread the word on how I was treated by this location. Also will call corporate back to tell them no one contacted me. DONt Go to this location. Obviously they don’t care about customers. Thanks Mr Perdue for calling me oh wait he didn’t.

I usually get breakfast from here and it’s always good. Today I tried nuggets and an order of the pimento cheese. The nuggets were more like pebbles and they are apparently trying to make sure they don’t run out of the pimento cheese, judging from the serving size. The iced tea was good.

Kind of crummy but serviceable. Not up to Chickfila standards that I have seen, though, in terms of the bathroom, and dining area. Food was fine. One of the employees came into the bathroom the same time that I did, she didnt use the bathroom. She went in there to check her phone, then left.

Not the chick- fil-A food we usually eat. Frys were burned and the grilled chicken sandwiches were like kids portions. The bread and the grill chicken was 3oz not 5.
$21.87 is a good amount for 2 people to eat but it was definitely a waste of money. It was two young ladies up front and one looked like the manager who handed us our food so, she knew what she gave us. Lesson learned, never going back to that restaurant. Very poor standards.

I had finished my order and was handing my credit card to Garland. April instructed her to tell me to move my car up and I let Garland know that I don’t like doing that. I’d like to finish my order. Garland said OK but April came and insisted that I move no matter how many times I told her no she started yelling at me in a very rude manner and told me that she had cars wrapped around the building. I let her know again I want to finish paying for my food and then move up. This is the first time I have had such a horrible experience at any Chick-fil-A.

Chick-fil-A’s service was 100 percent great customer service. My car broke down in the drive thru and workers were every helpful in moving it into a parking lot and accommodated my meal. Best experience encountering chickfila. I really appreciate it!
