I stop at this location every morning to get a coke and maybe breakfast occasionally. Mrs Beth and her morning crew is absolutely amazing. Emmanuel is the best also. He and Mrs Beth have not only learned our faces they know our names. Great job morning shift. My coke and your pleasant attitudes really get me though the day. I have a wife and five kids, so seven different orders at once right at 3:30 when the place is packed after school gets out.
Well, it was hard for even me to keep track of my order. Luckily Bethany was my Chik Fil-a associate. She was not only affable and kind, but infinitely patient.
At point all my kids had gotten their milkshakes, and I decided that yes, I wanted one too.
No problem for Bethany. Took my order right then and there. And I almost forgot the best part, with all the kid-related food chaos, I accidentally drove off without my milkshake and parked close by for us to eat.
Bethany chased me down and reminded me sweetly that I had forgotten my milkshake and then 2 min later walked all the way out to me.
Drive through can really be trying for parents of young kids. Most often fast food staff is oblivious, annoyed, or worse, actively angry and inappropriate if you try and change an order.
Not at this Chik Fil-a and not with Bethany. I really noticed and appreciated the kindness and extra effort

I placed and online order and was there to pick it up between and 6 pm and 6:30 pm CST on 3/3/26. As I waited in the front of the store with several other patrons I watched the manager, Sarah (not sure of the exact spelling and I got her name from the employee that handed me my food), ask several people what she could help them with. She refilled 2 drinks, made an ice cream cone for a little girl, replaced a customer’s avocado ranch with a regular ranch dressing, checked on 2 customers that were waiting on a large order for a school sports team (even took the time to inquire about whether or not they were tax exempt) and volunteered an order update to an elderly gentleman that got there around the same time as I. I stood and watched Sarah initiate all of these interactions and I even saw her glance at me when she was speaking with the elderly gentleman but not once did she ask me anything. Never did she even acknowledge my presence. The only difference between me and the other customers is that I’m black and all of the rest of them were white. I’m sure Sarah would deny being any type of racist but she definitely has some racial biases that she might want to unpack. I mean she helped every customer that was standing around in front EXCEPT me. The one black customer up there at the time. I found this treatment very disheartening and unacceptable, especially for an establishment of this caliber and reputation.

Great place to grab some food during lunch. I highly recommend their macaroni, lemonade and waffle fries. My only complaint is the line being long, but they move quickly enough to where it’s not a big issue.

(This has happened more than once when I go in an order) Lady at the counter suffers from attentional narrowing. She stops taking orders and talks to coworkers way too much about frivolous things while customers patiently wait.
Coffee was absolutely disgusting.

Tried them again. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with American cheese and no pickles. I received a single chicken sandwich with TWO slices of cheese AND pickles. Gross and nope.

The guy in the drive thru who took my order was very kind, everything I asked for was on the ticket but not in the bag. They didn’t put my hashbrowns or jelly in the bag, I turned around and went back, I had to go inside and no one was in line but not a single employee acknowledged me standing until I said, excuse me . The staff was dismissive and nonchalant, piss poor service: order #3699381
