Good visit! Order correct and hot!
Quick stop for dinner. Needed something quick so we stopped by Chick-fil-A in Clinton, MS. Like most visits my order was ready in now time. When we arrived there was a wait, but the line moved pretty quickly. We were the 3rd or 4th vehicle in line when we got to the restaurant. The employee was pleasant and greeted us immediately. The outside of the restaurant was clean and traffic flowed easily.
This trip we ordered a 8 piece nuggest meat with a large macaroni and cheese and a sprite. We also ordered a #1 with pepperjack cheese, large fry and a berry sprite. The gentleman at the window was courteous and quick when we arrived. Our order was correct and they even placed our dipping sauces in a seperate plastic bag. Very considerate and we appreciate the sauces not being places on top of our food exposed inside the bag.

Im sorry to post here. I tried to send feed back through app and website but they kept circling back to the previous page. Mobile orders placed in advance should not take 20 minutes to be fufilled…especially when the order is 1 breakfast bowl. This has happened on 2 separate occasions.

I purchased an order of four number one chicken sandwiches, they were awful: they were old, salty, fried and old grease. This was not the first or second time. It seems if you don’t tip the service is bad. Shame on you, you’re supposed to be GOD fearing people, but it seems like you are changing for the worst!

Sat in the drive thru over 10 minutes with no movement. Trapped in line and couldn’t get out due to being in the inner line. Eventually employees came out to take orders but it is absolutely unexceptable for customers to be sitting stagnant for that length of time. No acknowledgement, no apology, no nothing!

I love love love this location! From the kind employees to the atmosphere. It’s touching to see how the employees interact with all customers and the caring conversations they have with regulars. The food is always up to par. This location definitely has great things going on for them.

This is not the best Chick-fil-A! I went to this location more than 3 times so far. I normally don’t rate a place until I have visited it 3 or more times. This is simply because sometimes everyone has a bad day. On the other hand, there is no explanation for this location to have a bad day every time I go there. The service is unacceptable and the food isn’t far off. For all of the times I have visited this location, I have received very small pieces of chicken. This time I asked for not so small pieces as I previously had. Well sadly these chicken strips were the smallest, very dried, cold, and pretty old. Also, this location do not offer everything that is posted. So, if you are excited to try something that is posted around this location, don’t be because there’s a good chance it’s not being offered. last but not least, the joy of going to Chick-fil-A is to hear “it’s my pleasure” after saying thank you. This is simply because Chick-fil-A has a standard of offering good customer satisfaction. Most time you will not get a “It’s My Pleasure” after saying “Thank You.”

Its always crowded but that just means it’s a good restaurant. This is one of the trustworthy restaurants for kids. What makes it better if for kids having a place to hang if the adults are eating. Playground keeps them up and running for a while so it’s the best distraction if you just need a little break
