The WORST chick-fil-a experience ever!!!! Brianna DID NOT greet us/she was VERY stale. She was just rude. It was not the cleanest neither. Even the customer that was there before us literally said, “Good luck! The customer service isn’t good!” No lie was detected.

Just had the worst chick fil a experience I’ve ever had…. waited 30 min for a mobile order because I had to wait in a super slow drive thru. Then. I get to the window, then young lady looked at me and asked my name. I said Angel. She opened the window, handed me a bag, and closed the window. She said nothing else. Then, I was looking for my orange which i found in the bag on top of my hot food. Please do better. You are known for customer service. This was a major disappointment.

I’m giving four stars for excessive traffic. I got my order quickly, so 5 stars. I got the order on 45 minute break in area. Usually when I’m leaving work a wait to leave ,due Chick-fil-A traffic. These people handle what looked like three lines and people inside, so 5 stars.

Weirdest place. First off they run 1 register during their lunch rush and have 0 apologies about it.
Then don’t expect your normal vibe of customer first mentality. Want an extra bowl they won’t give it to you. Need a salad bowl nope can’t have that either.
Just not your normal CFL vibe at all.
No table toppers either. You get crowded at the counter hoping they have your name right. ♂️

There are a mess, forgot to give me my lemonade and my cherry first lemonade. Gets super busy and you can’t get out of the parking lot. Not a good location. The attitude in service was terrible no hello, no welcome, just what can I get you with a face that doesn’t make you feel welcome. Ambiences super crazy. We got a dirty lid. Did not like it at all.

The staff is very nice and friendly so I definitely appreciate that. My concern is that on my last two visits there were issues with my mobile order. This is the only location that I’ve experienced problems with. Of course, I need to start checking my order before leaving the window so I am to blame as well. Please start checking orders before giving them out. Last week my salad was totally different from the way I ordered it. Today, I’m missing items from my order. I appreciate the replacement reward but it doesn’t change the fact that the service at this location is slipping.

So placed a door dash order, store failed to put all the food in the bag, so not only did i spend $80 via door dash but I had to drive to the store and deal with workers who are rude, it’s not my fault the employees can’t simply place the amount of items in the bag. So when a customer comes in having to fix an issue that was not theirs to begin with the store employees should be more respectful. It is not Doordash’s responsibility to ensure all items are in a sealed bag.
