Arrived unaware that they closed in 30 seconds. Not only did the young man helping us take our order with a smile, but he was helpful and made suggestions. They got our food to us quickly and it was fresh and hot. We only went through the drive thru so I am not sure how the inside was. The parking lot was clean and all the staff we interacted with were helpful and kind. No one made us feel like we were a burden showing up as late as we did.

It is always clean. The employees are always super friendly and happy. I’ve never had a bad meal no matter what I’ve order. They even offer gluten free options. Their specialty drinks are always worth trying.

I really like chic fil a, I probably have it a few times a week due to traveling and needing something good and quick. The muffins are always over cooked, like burnt. Its not just this one but everyone I have been to. They ned to shorten the time theyre toasted across the board, otherwise I would’ve rated them all 5s.

I ordered a southwest salad through the drive thru. I drove all the way home (in Sparta) and when I opened the salad the lettuce was withered, brown and even slightly slimy. I drove all the way back and asked to speak to a manager. The guy behind the counter said, I’ll just get you another one. I just said ok, that’s fine because there was a line behind me. I asked for a salad that was preferably made that day. Lo and behold the second one wasn’t any better. I don’t know how they get away with selling salads with slimy lettuce. Hopefully this is just a one day thing. I’ve been to many many chick fil a locations and I’m least impressed with this one.

Food good. Service at this particular joint lacking. They referred to my husband as ma’am (no way to confuse that as he is balding with a beard). They handed his drink through the window with soda all over the lid and dripping down the side of the cup. Had to very quickly grab it using a napkin and clean up the outside of the cup before placing it in the cup holder. It was fast and it was food. There ya go

I’m still amazed that when a coach driver brings from 20 to 56 people into Chick-fi-la, that the manager, standing in the front, will not comp the drivers meal. And this one in Cookeville, TN did not. Even Cracker Barrel comps the drivers complete bill, and they don’t limit what you get. Very disappointed in such a Christian place as Chick-fi-la.
