Orders are accurate, food is fresh, and everything is handled quickly without ever feeling rushed. The atmosphere inside is clean, welcoming, and well-managed. Food is too often overcooked or has been sitting for too long. Definitely our least favorite Chick-fil-A we have been to. Service is decent. Our last order was a ten count chicken mini, overcooked as usual.

On 02/20/2025 at 3:58pm, I drove to the Chick-fil-A located at 605 S James Campbell Blvd, Columbia, TN 38401. I went in the drive through. I specifically asked a young lady how much Is your large macaroni & cheese? She never answered my question. Instead, she rang me up and asked, will that be all? I told her that it was extremely rude of her to disregard my question! I spoke to the manager about it. She said she would talk to her. I ordered two large macaroni & cheese. One was fresh. The other one was all burned. I requested another one. They gave me another container that was a lot worse! They tried to hide it by turning it upside down in the container. That was their way of telling me to get lost and not come back! I request a refund. It’s obvious the staff doesn’t know how to cook. I wouldn’t waste my time or energy to even look in the direction where this place is installed!

I avoid this place at all cost now despite how much I love Chick-fil-A Springhill. As a customer, I will always advise everyone to take their business elsewhere until Chick-fil-A Columbia can hire adequate staff with better manners. This Chick-fil-A location goes against all core values of Chick-fil-A. It is saddening to see the lack of mannerism in this location.

This place never disappoints. I mean, yeah ..the food is delicious..but the workers..top notch. I realized something today. Not only are the employees always polite to the guests …but more so…they are polite to each other!! Just overhearing them speak to each other with the “Please” “Thank you so much” You’re welcome” just made me smile. Great job y’all!!

I took my kids on a field trip and stopped by here on the way home. The kids loved it, the service was amazing and quick, and the food was delicious. We had 30 JROTC Cadets who all voted overwhelmingly to eat at Chic-fil-a! Great job by the staff!

I’ve only ever eaten at this restaurant twice but both times the drive thru was soooo slow. I attempted to go there for lunch today and the line was backed onto the main road and just wasn’t moving. After 15 minutes wasted on my lunch break, I had to choose something else.

Very quick, very polite. Great team and all that, but that men’s bathroom is disgusting. I’ve seen gas station bathrooms cleaner than that. Corporate needs to do something about this.
