They always have the best customer service which is why I’ll always patronize their stores. It’s really great to still have that these days.I tried the burrito for the first time, that wasn’t my favorite all together but separately it is good. Just my preference but I generally enjoy their food and usually order at drive through.

We ordered curbside on our drive through Jackson and left a bit disappointed. I entered our curbside parking spot number on the app, but after waiting about 10 minutes (and not seeing any staff bring any orders curbside) I decided to go inside where I found my food sitting on a tray behind the counter. I told someone that was my food and they didn’t even apologize for not bringing it out to me. If curbside is closed, that is completely fine, but it shouldn’t be an option on the app.
Our food was cold (obviously it sat for 10 minutes before I came in) and we did find a hair in it. The other thing to note would be our fries weren’t filled up all of the way. A disappointing experience to say the least.

Please do NOT move this Chick-fil-A to the old Chili’s location.
There is already heavy traffic coming out of the Walmart parking lot, and relocating it there will make the congestion even worse. I truly believe many people in the community feel the same way.

The most well oiled Machine in the fast food industry. Chick-fil-A is known for customer service but Jackson sets the bar. No matter how long the line the food is piping hot and super fast. Love this place.

Ordered crispy chicken southwest salad but I think it was grilled chicken. Tough to tell because the pieces were so small and not very many.
