While sitting in the very full single lane drive thru next to the empty mobile app lane and watching the parking lot that now has numbered curbside parking in every spot with customers driving around trying to figure out where they should park then go inside. The spots were pretty much empty but people seemed to lost trying to figure it out. Liked coming here but from now on it’s slim chickens.

I placed a mobile order, and they forgot my fries. Everything else was delivered. It was a small order, so it was very disappointing to see them mess this up. This is the fourth time my delivery order has been messed up/missing items, so I feel I have to say something at this point. Especially since I tried calling tonspeak to someone five times. I spoke to two different men (one named Chris). Both just forwarded me to an automatic voicemail stating they could not help me. No answer the other three times I called. This is one of the locations that needs serious work. You’re better off ordering from/going to a different location, because they keep forgetting items. With how expensive they are, forgetting anything should be out of the question.

Just posting this review to inform the owner that giving out a mobile “free reward” of a ~breakfast only~ item on a Saturday morning is poor business. I was just going to place a normal order, but finding out I missed a free biscuit that expires “tomorrow”, when you just stopped serving breakfast a few minutes ago and are closed on Sunday, was irritating enough for me to order elsewhere.

So it seems we are being trained to use your app. We don’t want your app. All we want is to order our food and pay for it. Now we have a 20 minute wait which by the way is 5 minutes longer than McDonalds.

What can I say…. Its Chick-fil-A and I love it. Now the one on poplar ave has poor customer service so don’t go to that one but for the most part everywhere else I did love. If you didn’t know, they have cookies and they are . Line may be long but they do move fast. I wish they will bring the menu back out with them bc sometimes i may wanna switch things back up.

When it comes to eating fast food, my preference is chick fil A, always! I love their salads, their spicy sandwich, and the lemonade. The drive through experience is always superb. They are the best when it comes to drive through Managemnet. They deploy work force outside to take orders in ahead and to track. So even it is immensely crowded, the wait time is minimal. Other fast food joints can take a note!! This is just another usual chick fil A. I ordered a spicy meal for my dinner which was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend the place.

The managers actually make their workers have good customer service skills and act professional. Don’t enjoy Chick fil A as a corporation, but love the workers, so I keep coming back. Breath of fresh air from most other fast food franchises.
