This location seems to pick and choose who they treat with respect. Ever since COVID, I’ve noticed that many of the managers and staff here come across as rude. They will push past people while walking and completely ignore customers who are waiting for a refill. I literally waited 8 mins while a hefty male manager with white hair was just standing there. They also were talking bad about customers. Who does that?
I also feel bad for the DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers because they often get ignored and told to move out of the way. One person just left and they were there before me waiting for my refill.
The reviews also seem suspicious. If you look closely, a lot of 5-star reviews appear right after negative ones, which makes it hard to trust them. Overall, this location has really gone downhill, and I no longer trust it.

No way these reviews are legit. This location has gone downhill so much. Our order has been missing food the past two times. No straws, employees are more worried about discussing the latest drama than actually providing customer service, cold fries and the drinks carbonation always tastes off. There are some great directors however you can only lead the horses to the water…. We will be finding a different location sadly.

Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. Slowest drive thru, mind you they weren’t even busy when I was there. The mobile only drive thru lane has ruined this location. There is only one lane for regular drive thru orders. Also, the drive thru is ridiculously tight if you have a full size truck or SUV. After waiting in line for 15 mins, I had enough! I drove between the poles and used the mobile only lane that was EMPTY to leave.
I went to the Summer Ave location instead. The Summer Ave location was A LOT better! Service was quick, no dumb mobile only lane. If you are in the Bartlett area do yourself a favor and go to the Wolfchase location.

I order from this location all the time, and they rarely get my order wrong. They accidentally delivered the wrong drinks, and I never said anything to them about it. They are human, so I cut them some slack. A little while later the driver made a special trip to bring the correct drinks! BEST customer service!

Worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to in all my years. Few of the workers are Disgusting disgraces and very unprofessional. They were extremely disrespectful and got my order wrong as well. I will not be visting this area again. Managers need to get it together.

Went through the drive through the girls that took the order and gave me my order was very nice. I asked for a salad container to put my food in and the manager told me he did not give those out unless I got a salad. I have been to numerous chic fil a’s and they always give them to you if you request them.

The most disgusting Chick-Fil-A I have ever seen or been to. I am extremely disappointed by the filth and the attitude of the employees. We originally were going to dine in while we were heading out of town from visiting family but when we saw the filth and dirtiness we decided to ask for it to go. When we got our drinks they were covered in the soda all over on the outside. The condiments station was covered in debris and residue from who knows what. The tables were beyond disgusting, the seats were cracked and torn, and the floor was sticky. The trash cans were very full. This is not the environment you want to eat in. The lady at the counter tried to tell us that we couldn’t do that and she could just hand us a bag. We insisted that it happened due to filth. We got out to our car and ate in the parking lot – MUCH cleaner. I got out of the car to throw it out and I had to set the bag on top of the garbage can because it was pouring out and overflowing and the trash was falling out of it. This is not the Chick-Fil-A experience. This is beyond below their standards and this should be addressed and fixed. I do not care where your location is, you need to keep your business top notch!
