Hey I’m at a door dasher so I visit multiple chick fi la’s all over the city and this one on Austin Peay is by far THE BEST one we have gone to. They are so friendly, on point, quick, and it’s a very good atmosphere but I have to give a SPECIAL shout out to Bri “Brianna” on the morning shift, she went above and beyond to take care of me. Chick fi la needs to send her around to all their other locations to let her give a class on how an excellent employee should behave! She def deserves a raise because we don’t get this service from any other location what’s so ever. So if the managers are reading this you need to take care of her because she is a great example how you would want your employees to behave! Hands down the BEST! Thanks girl for your great service!!

Better than average location. At 12:30 the drive thru was cranking it out. Ordered on the app and delivered to my table in 8 minutes. I was happy and so was my partner. The patrons seemed to be pleasant type. Fairly quiet inside for being about 1/2 full.

I went through the mobile thru line today and they had me in and out. I was say it took about 5-10 mins at most. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and mac and cheese. The sandwich was really good and flavorful with the chic fa la sauce I put on it as well. The Mac and cheese was really good too,highly recommend as a side. The fries tasted okay, I think mine were undercook possibly but overall good and quick service.

What’s the point of ordering ahead through the mobile app if I still have to wait 5–10 minutes to get my food? I placed my order ahead of time, but it still wasn’t ready when I arrived. Something seriously needs to improve. I’m not sure if this location is understaffed or if the ‘mobile thru’ system isn’t being managed correctly, but it definitely needs improvement. Other Chick-fil-A locations handle mobile orders quickly, so I know it can be done. This store really needs to get it together.”

Arrived at 8 am ordered a tray of 40 chicken minis they told me 20 mins due to they have to assemble them. I couldn’t wait that long for it so I asked about 20 count said 15 mins I said what can they do quickly and they said they are made to order so it wouldn’t matter how many I ordered. As the person next to me that was mobile order had no issue. 40 nugget drop in 1 basket is only 4 mins there biscuits only take 6 mins max. I am not sure why they acted like it would take 20 mins to cut the biscuits. I have personally worked there a long time ago and my son works at a different location. Seems like they didnt want to deal with making that many this am. Also there was no line at all so not busy maybe 2 cars in parking lot. Max time for that order should have been no more then 10 mins. Sounds like laziness and or understaffed. Sad thing is we get them every morning but no longer going to that location. Also order 2 30 count nuggets and 3 spicy sandwiches Thursday night chicken was super small mainly just breading and cold. Nuggets were fresh and good. Quality is not of other locations. Also Thursday the girl that took our order had hickies and on her neck and her and another employee talked for 5 mins before taking my order.

Today I am at working on the ambulance 8 am- 8pm and decided to go to chic fila to eat and I was denied a first responders discount. The manager stated that YOU HAVE TO BE IN THE RED TRUCK OR BE A POLICE OFFICER. I received discounts in the past at the Austin Peay location and did not appreciate the disrespect of how he said I’m not a first responder. We live in Memphis where it’s crime infested with violence and drug overdoses. that man had a lot of nerve. Also my order was wrong so I need to call my bank to dispute
