I accidentally ordered at the wrong restaurant on my mobile app, $40 worth of food, turned around and ordered at the right location after speaking with someone at millington location and discussing a refund. Turns out they kept the money and did not offer me any comp food, partial refund or anything. I actually couldn’t even get a response from anyone via email either. I expected better from the lords restaurant but we learned quickly they don’t live up to their name.

What am I paying extra for? A single fry?
If I purchase a large fry, I want you to fill that thing up.
Waste of money.
I’ve seen them mess up on orders and throw LOTS of food away. Why not give it to the customer or someone who is hungry? It’s wasteful.
Also, please stop being sauce stingy. If I order 12 fries, don’t give me one sauce. Thank you

A bit disappointed today, not only was the service a bit slow the two grilled chicken sandwiches were lackluster at best. Hard to describe, first time with a pretzel roll, maybe that had something to do, but even with the Chick-fil-a sauce something was missing.

Only issue is sitting in the drive thru after they give you your food bc the car in front hasn’t received theirs yet. Twice in a week I’ve waited for over 30 mins bc I got my food before the car in front of me.

This location is a hit or miss…Do this look like a medium Mac & Cheese?! More like get a medium cup and put as little in there as if it was a small cup Highway robbery! If I’m spending $16 and some change for a meal, then the mac & cheese needs to be filled to rim of the cup. If you can fill my drink all the way to the top where the drink is coming out the straw hole then you can fill the Mac & cheese cup up too! It look like they just gave me whatever was left in the pan This Chick Fil A is starting to slack… Get it together Chick Fil A !!!

I love the chicken here; it always has such a great flavor- rather its the nuggets, a sandwich or in a salad. The high quality is very consistent. I also really love their Mac-n cheese….so yummy with the browned cheese on top. The line may be long but they will get you taken care of & on your way super quick. Great attitude from the employees here-they are always super friendly.
