I don’t typically give five stars to established chains and corporations. However, this Chick Fil A is a special one. It may be because it’s in Hardin Valley and two minutes from my house. But that’s just part of the charm.
This Chick Fil A has been great and always top notch with service like most other Chick Fil A’s. I can’t speak to the women’s but the bathrooms are always clean and tidy, same as the eating area. I usually order the spicy chicken meal with some extra chicken tenders. Plus ranch and buffalo mixed and put on the sandwich. And of course chick fil a sauce! It’s Chick Fil A, you’ll get the same food at all of them.
The benefit of this Chick Fil A though is the Hardin Valley charm. I regularly see the owner walking around taking orders, cleaning trash, checking on patrons, etc. I love seeing that! Also, there is limited seating compared to other Chick Fil A’s, but don’t let that deter you. We’re all neighbors in HV and even today during lunch, I saw people sit together who didn’t know each other. If there’s not enough seats, ask to sit with someone and strike up a conversation. We’re all living here together anyways, might as well enjoy the company!
For the service, the dine in is about the same time. The drive through can move slower. Which again, is not a negative. Take that time relax, and enjoy life. We don’t want Hardin Valley to move quick. These are our homes and this is where we want peace at the end of the day or during lunch around a hectic schedule. This Chick Fil A does a good job of that. By far, my favorite Chick Fil A in Knoxville!

If Chick-fil-A ran the world, planes would land on time, traffic lights would turn green when you approached, and everyone would say “my pleasure” instead of honking.
The food? Always perfect. I swear those waffle fries are sprinkled with joy and possibly a little bit of holy water. The chicken sandwich? Crispy perfection—like it was hand-delivered by angels who also double as shift managers.
Every time I go through the drive-thru, I feel like I’m in a NASCAR pit stop run by the nicest people on Earth. They’ll hand you your food, compliment your car, solve your life problems, and still get you out of there in under five minutes.
If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Chick-fil-A: the only place where fast food feels like a warm hug wrapped in a chicken biscuit.

This has to be the worst food ive had at a chic fil a. Stopped on mar 6 around lunch ordered a 3 ct chicken tenders combo large and12 cnt grilled nugget. Got my tenders and the reading was soggy like they’d been in the microwave or setting on something greasy. This is the only time ive ever given a chic fil a this low a score. Do better go to murrell rd or lenior city and you will see why they got 5 stars.

New to the Hardin Valley area of Knoxville. Clean exterior and interior.
There is minimal seating in the restaurant and very few booths. This Chik Fil A does not have a play area for kids .
We received basic service with no smile or the above and beyond service that used to be common place at Chik Fil A.
The positive was that the food quality was fresh and tasted good.

I had such a great experience at Chick-fil-A! The food was fresh, fast, and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. Makenzie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine care made my visit extra special. It’s rare to find someone who brings that much warmth to customer service. Thank you for making my day brighter—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I hate to leave a review like this but man, it was a rough time at this location today. I did a mobile thru order and they left out an item, so I went back inside and grabbed it. The service was nice because they did realize they left it out.
But when I sat down to eat lunch, the attached photo was one of the five “nuggets” they served in the box. Literally the nugget in question was 1/3 the size of the others in the box lol.
I know they are a newer store so I am trying to cut them a break, but I just wasted a little too much time (and money) on lunch there today.

Service was wonderful, with typical Chick fil A charm! Our order was made perfectly, and service was fast! They even surprised us with a free board game. Great experience!

Glad to have one so close to home finally. Despite being busy, they were keeping it clean and coming around to see if we needed refills.

I ordered a chicken soup, got home, only to realize my bowl was a little more than 1/2 full with mainly broth. I really needed some soup so to see this is very disappointing. At other locations, I always have to be careful not to spill because it’s always full. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed with this location. Either food is missing or it takes way too long to get food. This is the only location where I’d have to wait 15min+ for a mobile order! I was very excited to get a CFA close by, but it’s been very disappointing to the point if I could, I’d go a little further to turkey creek.
