I will start this off by saying I was really impressed by the friendliness of the staff that served me today. But, today something was wrong at Chick-fil-A. I thanked three separate employees. Three. Times. Not a single “my pleasure.” Not even a whisper of it. Just “yeah,” “of course,” and “no problem.” No problem??? When did we abandon the standard? Did corporate quietly retire it? Was there a memo? A meeting? A ceremonial lowering of the “my pleasure” flag that I wasn’t informed about. Because that phrase is not just words. It is the backbone. It is the glue. It is the one predictable constant in an otherwise unstable world. The food was fine. But the experience felt hollow. Mechanical. Almost dystopian. Like I walked into an alternate universe where Chick-fil-A forgot who they are. If the “my pleasure” era is over, just say that. Don’t let us find out like this.

I recently had a box lunch from Chick-fil-A. I have had them in the past, but what we had yesterday was a very serious downgrade from what they used to be. It was almost embarrassing! This is not a good move by Chick-fil-A.
Instead of waffle fries, they had pre-bagged “waffle chips”. There was nothing on the sandwiches except for pickles. Truly, the chocolate chip cookies were the highlight of this experience. That was actually really good!
For the price that Chick-fil-A charges for these box lunches, This is a serious downgrade from what they used to be. I hope they reconsider this and walk it back. It is not putting out a good impression for their trusted name.

So. I come here about Once a month, because I get an oil change. My Son and I always get the specialty Limited edition drink…. So it’s ALWAYS A TRADITION. The past Three times I have came here, I have been a bit disappointed. I spend about $20 every time or more for Old, lukewarm MacNCheese, and a “Chicken Cool Wrap” that has ONLY lettuce on it…

It’s a little upsetting because it’s CHICK-fil-a. And there was no CHICKen in the cool wrap?
I actually ate half the cool wrap and legitimately threw the other half away and just wasted $12.75.
The Mac and Cheese was actually for my Son. He didn’t even want to eat it either… which made me sad.
The Key Lime Frosted Lemonade was Fantastic however! And we both really enjoyed it.
The Drive Thru Line is TERRIBLE. Always, it seems. If you have 10-20 minutes at minimum to sit in the drive through, then you’re good. But if you have an appointment, or have to be somewhere at/by a certain time… I would Not recommend doing the drive thru. Plus, you could also receive your food and STILL end up being Boxed in… because there’s nowhere to escape! I would definitely recommend going in, if you have the time!! It would only be AT MOST 10 minutes!
The people at this location are very Kind and Friendly! Thanks for being Nice and having patience!
But please, PRETTY PLEASE, fix the food issue. From the other reviews I have read, it seems to be an Ongoing issue!

I have never had a bad experience here. Matter of fact, last time I was here, 1) my mobile order was done inhumanly quickly, and 2) as soon as I walked in I had at least three employees attending to me thanks guys! Always love me some of the Lord’s chicken!

I went through the drive through placed a $30 order two large fries, 3 sandwiches, 2 large cups of ice and a gallon of sweet tea they told me to move up and park to the side beside another car and wait for them to bring out my gallon of tea 35 minutes I waited. I pulled back into the drive through and my food was all cold and they said they forgot about me. They were honest. I had to ask for new fries and they didn’t offer anything for that wait. I didn’t mention to them that the gallon I had gotten last Friday was absolutely rank! I was happy they were making me a fresh gallon but to forget about me that long and The one girl saw me parked over there she looked directly at me and didn’t even think to ask if they park ppl there why is she over there? She ask me if I wanted her to throw the cold fries away like no what I really feel like should have been done was to provide me another meal on another day! I sat in 30 degree weather running gas in my car while you forgot you parked me. SMH that’s just sad.

Chick-fil-a is one of the most consistent and well run restaurants out there. There chicken sandwich is always tasty and the waffle frys are equally as good. My wife really likes the diet lemonade. Of course there service is world class. They are friendly and fast. The cost is okay, not great. But in line with everyone else.

I have been to so many Chick-Fil-A’s and have waited for a long time in both the drive through and inside. This one has the secret, it is so busy yet, no waits and they really know how to service so many people quickly, I wish they would share their secret with other ones because they are incredible !
