I can assure you I’m extremely stingy about giving out good reviews. I’ve only been here to pick up orders for Uber eats, never eaten here. Every single staff member was beyond courteous to say the least. Even if the food was terrible, I would be back for the customer service, absolutely delicious too spicy chickens. They didn’t have to make those for me but they decided to do so anyway. Thank you guys, promotions and raises all around

Awful service. I go here all the time and have never had an issue. I ordered 2 10 piece chicken mini meals and another 10 piece chicken mini and realized they only gave me one when I got home at 10:35. I called and the told me the best they could do was give me the 2 10 piece chicken minis as a reward. They told me I’d have to come in for a refund. I would’ve come back if they could’ve made my food, but they were adamant that they could not make them after 10:30, just all around a terrible experience and a lot of wasted money.

Very disappointed in CFA this morning. Placed a delivery order with a tip and only got half the food. Called once and was told driver forgot a bag. An hour later, called back and told the driver just left the food at my door – nope. Was offered to have food delivered but told it cant be done in thirty minutes when I have to leave my house. Then offered a reward for my troubles, and still nothing in my account. Between the 30 count nugget, tip and delivery fee, I am out $30+ with nothing to show for it.

I come to this location almost daily during the week as it is right down from work. But the people know me by name and what I always order and the food and service is always 10/10. Never had a complaint. Keep up awesome work chic fil a!

Their security for their mobile app is tighter than online banking. I can’t log in and will basically have to get a new phone number if I ever want to order using the app. Customer service can’t give me another option.

I placed an order through their mobile pick up and i ordered Grilled nuggets and a DIET lemonade. I’m a diabetic. And i love their lemonade so i treat Myself to it once every few months. Now. The dangerous thing is, is that their diet and regular taste the exact same. I drank The entire thing and then started to feel woozy and dizzy and extremely tired. I doubled Checked my drink and on the label it says diet. Idk if the person who made the drink read the order or not, but i belive It was in fact not diet and their regular and i ordered a large. This was at 3:30pm. It is now 2:02am I’m making this review cus i am just now waking up from my sugar crash and my blood sugar is still crazy high with not even remembering falling asleep. I have been asleep the whole and I woke Up and it is now dark with a throbbing headache and no idea what’s going on or what happened.
This is extremely dangerous for people with diabetes and this situation could have turned a lot worse. Diabetics, please double check and ask the people if the drink they gave you was diet or not. This can kill somebody.

Just like any and every Tabernacle of Lord’s Chicken, this one is no different in the excellent service and food provided. I used the app to buy sustenance for myself and coworkers. Our famished tummies and parched lips received with gladness and joy the peanut oil fried chicken and the coldest wettest sweet tea.
No manner of distance whether it be height, depth length or width should keep anyone from visiting the nearest Chick-fil-A. Go and live life and eat this chicken.

What’s going on with this no Drink Carrier at the window when people are ordering MULTIPLE drinks??? Like not everyone has space in their vehicle to put each individual drink somewhere. Some people live in apartments on the top floor or taking the order somewhere to deliver…. Ridiculous to hand me an empty drink carrier at my car to put my own 4+ drinks in. Common sense didn’t tell yall to put the drinks in a carrier before walking out the building to hand them to a customer?

First time at this location. Stopped for breakfast through the drive thru before an appointment.
Once I reached the person taking orders I was not greeted just asked for my name and then my oder. She seems distracted and more wanting to focus her attention on anything other than the customer in front of her.
At the time of entering the seive thru there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Yet with this I waited over 10 minutes to get to the place to pickup food.
As I waited for my food to be given to me, I was not acknowledged, smiled at or even told that I would be handed my food in a few minutes.
Instead, observed 3 managers leaning on counters,constantly checking their phones and conversing with one another in a casual manner. There was only one worker that I observed trying to get orders out, the rest were with the group of managers or slowly just meandering about looking like they were more lost than working.
After waiting over 5 minutes to get my food I was thanked by the only gentleman actually working.
The hashbrowns were smashed and crushed in the container, the sandwich was sloppily put together and the only good item was the yogurt parfait that was premade.
Extremely disappointed by the food and mostly the level of service. Chik Fil A used to have a common consistency of great service and food. Now with this visit I am beginning to wonder if they have lost this.
