They gave us pieces of leftover cold fries. The sandwiches were cold too. I’ve never had a bad meal at a chic fil a until now! I ended up with a stomach and bowel issue and fever after we ate there! Pretty sure I had a bacterial infection from sub par food. As a former restaurant owner I can say this with confidence: I believe a health department inspection would reveal many violations at this facility.

This restaurant is located inside Carson Newman University on the 2nd floor and it’s primarily open to students Only, and therefore should not be listed on Google maps.

This location does not adhere to advertised hours of operation and is currently closed for summer break.

I have visited here several times throughout the year only to find it closed each and every visit.

I really wish it was located outside of the university and operated like the rest of the chain stores are.

This location is truly a disappointment compared to other locations.

This restuarant should not be advertised as a Chick-fil-A. This Chick-fil-A is not like others. It is privately owned and operated. A customer cannot pay with a giftcard and they do not use the Chick-fil-A App to recieve or redeem points for your order. Half of the normal menu is unavailable and the chicken is below satisfaction. The Lemonade is fake and they do not serve pellet ice. This restuarant is a disgrace to the Chick-fil-A name.
