Great fast food. Several healthy, tasty salads are available and their sandwiches are really good. So reliable. Employees are kind, helpful, pleasant and intelligent. If they do not like their jobs, they keep that to themselves, which is rare. They do not stand around, accomplish little or argue with each other. They are always well staffed and they remind me of a bee hive, always moving, always accomplishing, always seemingly happy to serve you. Work is rarely anyone’s happy place but Chik-Fil-A employees make it seem like they are delighted to be there and eager to help you. I appreciate that effort as well as their food.

As I walked in to place my order, there were very few customers in the store, though several employees were moving around behind the counter. I ordered a 12-count nugget and a drink and sat down to wait. I was not given an order placement card or any indication that my order was being tracked.

After waiting for several minutes, more customers began arriving—both walk-ins and online orders. At no point did anyone check on me, provide an update, or indicate that my food was being prepared.

When I finally approached the counter to ask about my order, I was told that my food had not been made yet and was also told I had been waiting “just under three minutes,” which was not accurate. At that point, I requested and received a refund.

The larger concern is the lack of a clear, streamlined process. Management and staff appeared busy but disorganized, and there was no clear communication or customer flow. This has unfortunately been a recurring experience for me at Chick-fil-A, where service feels inconsistent and hit-or-miss.

I’m providing this feedback because Chick-fil-A is typically known for efficiency and customer care, and this experience did not reflect that standard.

Like all Chic-fil-A restaurants, it’s very clean and appropriate. The stay is always polite and kind. The service is always fast, even when slammed. With rarity, I can honestly say that I have never had a negative experience with Chic-fil-A.

I ordered my food and then went to use the restroom. I still had to wait for my take out order for about 10 minutes. I watched the same gentleman come to the cashier because they got his order wrong twice and another one as well. So, you can imagine my surprise when my order was incorrect. All I needed was a large fry and I told the cashier. I waited for another five minutes and even watched as they pushed orders, that were AFTER mine, in front of my small bag that contained my large fry!! I would be STILL waiting had I not asked, again, for them to give me the large fry that I ordered 15 minutes ago! Not sure why they could not have just handed me a large fry and I had to wait SO long for THEIR mistake? “Please and thank you “goes a long way… but so does good service.

Too crowded. I ordered a deluxe meal to go as there were no empty tables. The fries were just pieces with only a few full size fries on top, the sandwich was a sloppy mess that fell apart after to bites. I there it out as it was impossible to eat. It was if the person making it just grabbed a hand full of fixings and dumped them on the sandwich, apparently quality control isn’t as important as speed. I’m done with Chick Fil A in Bristol VA.

My husband and I moved to Tennessee 2 years ago. We tried Chick-fil-A when we lived in New Jersey and it was HORRIBLE! We recently tried eating here after 2 years of living in Tennessee. It was AWESOME! We just wished we gave them a chance sooner here in Tennessee than we did. You guys rock!
