The first time that I had a negative experience at a Chic-fil-A. It was 10:30 in the morning the exact time that they begin serving the regular post breakfast menu. The chicken was only barely warm and the fries were cold. The Mac and cheese however was very good. I can’t understand how food would be cold if they just started serving exactly at that time. He would assume it would be really fresh and hot, right?

Tried their new spicy biscuit this morning and it is great. It has a perfectly seasoned white meat chicken fillet that has a great light peppery taste just to give it a little kick with their already great biscuits. It is definitely my new favorite fast food breakfast sandwich and I recommend anyone try that likes a little kick without the burn.

Dairy Free awareness I never usually leave reviews on food places because I understand sometimes things happen and everyone has a bad day. However, if you have a dairy free allergy, I would not recommend here. I went through the drive-through to order a Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap with NO cheese (as i do at other locations ALWAYS) they proceeded to tell me they wasn’t going to do anything without cheese.. it’s hard finding places to eat dairy free anyways, however when it comes to stuff like this it’s sad they don’t accommodate people’s restrictions. Will not be back here & wanted to warn anyone if they have a dairy allergy.

Best experience ever at a chick-fil-a! I ordered on the mobile app, and put a special request in a little text box for their limited edition watermelon lemonade because I couldn’t find it on the app. I fully expected for the request to be ignored because that’s how it usually goes with how busy fast food orders are. Then this guy comes out (the owner I believe) looking like, dressed like, and talking like Ted Lasso in the very best way! Haha. He explained they went to great lengths to fulfill my request and wow that watermelon lemonade was so good! He was extremely kind. And now I go to my inbox and find a free sandwich coupon from them for ordering through the app! I will definitely be coming again, the whole experience doesn’t seem like much but their high standard of kindness just left me smiling. Made my day!

I don’t know whose bright idea it was to send multiple customers in the drive thru to go park near the doors and wait for food, and then you pull over there and there’s not a single spot to park. The stress is not worth it.
