Drive thru line, long as usual. But very smooth. Long lines equals great food. Fresh items as usual. Thos review stems from two back to back visits. Both were pretty dang amazing. This paticular restaurant goes above and beyond to ensure the customer shows up, engages in and leaves satisfied! Our vehicle was greeted with a smile and conformed to our need to see a physical menu. Although it was sticky and might have needed a wipe down, overall things webt so well we simply disregarded it. Keep up the great work!

They did not make us aware that they changed our order (we overheard it). Which then caused the allergy-friendly kids meal to contain one of the ingredients my nephew cannot consume. If we didn’t catch it ourselves and inquire about what we overheard. The meal would have made him very sick. We had to return and go without the nuggets. Because this location wouldn’t make it without the marinade like the other store. We will not be returning for both of these reasons.

My co workers are teens. Teens love chicken, chick fillet has this down like a science. Human drive thru! Anyway only complaint was instead of putting my entire order into one large bag, I had to juggle three thin smaller ones. I had ordered two boxes of nuggets (the big one), and 10 ice creams.

Many people really like this place. Personally, I think that many times the food is tasteless or fresh. I prefer to eat elsewhere, it may be cheaper or not with so Nicknames or very large companies, other companies that are competitors, but the truth is that Lacoste tastes better.
