Weirdest parking lot/drive thru set up Ive ever seen! Difficult to navigate. But we ate inside and enjoyed the fresh real lilies they had in vases. We were serviced quickly and our food came out moments after we sat down.

I have visited 48 states in America and several chick- fil- A this is the only one with horrible service and terrible meals, oil is badly old and spent, fries were very cold and saggy, spicy chicken was cold and horrible, I complained to the inexperienced manager who is a female and she said she would let the kitchen know, no apologies, nothing whatsoever. I will never ever return here, I do have one of their top level managers in my MBA class, I must report this location to him because the company is a great one with a fantastic business model and service. All the young boys and girls who work there must be retrained, they seem to be so unhappy and unaware of why they work there. I am really disappointed.

Food, as any chick fil a, is delicious. Service was not as good as I have seen at other chick fil as. I see workers just standing around talking to each other, meanwhile the line is wrapped around the building and extended into the roads nearby. Very busy location but service could still be more efficient.

It’s Chick-fil-A so the food was phenomenal. Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with a frosted lemonade. Every item came out correctly and rather quickly for the dinner rush. The staff was friendly like always and the dinning area was extremely clean.

This place needs those car flaggers. The amount of stupid people that dont know what theyre doing in life and block the flow of traffic because theyre right and everyone else is wrong, need to just park and go inside. There is no reason, youre behind the wheel of a very heavy moving item and you have no clue what youre doing when in a drive-through. There are too many stupid people in the world for this place to let them roam freely and not k ow what the hell theyre doing.

The drive threw is awful, chick fill a as a whole needs to get a clue. If you want to be like sonic then do. It’s not faster with people standing outside doing the job the microphone already does. I just spent 30min in the drivethrew for a chicken biscuit and got blared at by a car.

Every time I go here they are always quick with me when I have a mobile order they don’t even ask me if I want to change anything. Today I went through the drive through and had a mobile order and before they could even submit it I said I needed to change something. Keep in mind I worked for the Chick-fil-A in Ooltewha and this on in Hixson. I ask if they could do fried chicken in my cool wrap and I stated that I did it all the time. She put the note in and sent me to the window. I got to the window and they tell me they can’t do that because they don’t have the nutrition facts for it and they can get sued for doing it. I told them that I do it all the time but they were really rude to me about it. I got my food anyway but I am never coming through the drive through again. This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have been too.

I know why Chick-fil-A is always so busy. The quality of their food is really good. Plus you can do drive-thru so it’s “fast food”. At the same time, why is Chick-fil-A always so busy? Should there be more of them? And for goodness sake….try the frozen lemonade!
