I love Chick-fil-A! My family loves Chick-fil-A! We forget how much we love it until we are there. Wow the food was so good! Like, you can taste the quality. The service was amazing! Employees are so nice, so kind, so warm and friendly. It was crazy busy but the lines and the food kept moving. The staff seem to know what they are doing and do it well and do it with a smile. 10/10 will be back!

8/18/2023 9:34pm. I traveled all afternoon to late evening from PA, MI,.and finally to Atlanta where I got in my car for a 2 hour drive home. I went through drive through, no one answered, I was completely ignored by management and staff. I’m very disappointed and this may effect if I chose to eat there again. Keith Street location. I looked at the website hours state they close at 10pm. Is this really how you treat customers evening business hours? If thus is standard business practice I’m sure I am not the only customer who receives such bad service evening shift hours.

I am so tired of getting over cooked fries from chick fil a! Sandwich was good as usual, but the fries were just way over cooked. They know it and yet they still served it. Ooltewah chick fil a does the same thing as well. Gunbarrel seems to be the only one that cares about quality around here.

Super busy during 5:30 dinner rush. Went thru the drive thru, orders seemed to be out of order… I was 5 cars back and the the guy in front of me got his food and was able to pull off from the line, however, by the time I got all the way up, my order was missing and I had to pull forward a bit to wait it out. Food was fresh and tasty.

Of course we love chic fila …I think it depends on time of day when you go there…and we never get straws or Xtra napkins in drive thru….the staff are young and usually pretty nice but they stand around a lot …need more training in customer service which comes with experience …Please please please put straws and napkins silverware etc in bags at drive thru

It’s their pleasure to not serve you the food that you ordered. The staff said it was due to corporate decision but when questioned, they said it was just a regional decision. Based on my experience, I am going to assume this was a location decision rather than a corporate decision. Either way, this was a fairly simple order with a simple request that could not be fulfilled by the Keith Street location in Cleveland, TN.

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The workers are so rude and it takes forever in the drive thru. The last time I went there was a car in front of me that the employees allowed to hold up the entire line for about 15 minutes because they were talking to all the workers. My food was also wrong and not good. So unprofessional. I won’t be back.
