I waited 15 minutes before someone came out with the soup. They went to all the curbside parking spaces before making their way over to me. I was told that curbside orders usually get picked up in the curbside parking space and I mentioned to her that there were no spaces when I arrived and the app told me to put on flashers so if that is customary why would you go somewhere else to find me unless the app doesn’t let the runner know this. If that’s the case it makes no sense to tell a customer to put on emergency flashers if that’s not going to be communicated to the employee.
Unfortunately the soup was a big bowl of greasy broth a few carrots two pieces of chicken and three pieces of pasta.
I was sick so I drank the broth and ate the few bits inside and was given a reward for another bowl of soup.
I use the reward at the Keith location and it was full of vegetables full of chicken and full of pasta. The Keith location restored my faith in Chick-fil-A.
The rest of my most recent experience was unacceptable. My order was incorrect, and I was ignored and treated rudely by other staff. This is not a one-time issue—this location has and ongoing problem with training, accountability, and management. Hopefully Karen Colley will see this and make a change!!!
Mason has been the clear exception and the sole reason for my three-star rating….i would put zero. His performance deserves recognition, and management should seriously reassess their staff and prioritize hiring and training more employees like Mason!
We came right at the DT window and was given our order and went straight to our hotel which is .01 miles away. My son showed me his chicken sandwich and was disappointed. The chicken was so thinly cut the chicken could fly if a strong wind blew by! We spent $9.78 for basically the waffle fries and the lemonade!
I can only assume that recession is catching up on Chil-Fil-A and they cut costs by skimping. ♀️ ♀️ Shouldn’t your ingredients be weighed equally so this experience with customers can be avoided? If you don’t, maybe it’s time you consider weighing them equally so customers don’t feel cheated on.
This changes our perception of the brand and was unhappy with this specific experience at this particular location. I hope this was a one off.
If there’s anything we liked, there wasn’t any lines at this location and there was hardly any wait.
