I am writing to report an issue with a chicken meal I purchased from your company. When I began eating the chicken, I noticed that it was not fully cooked and there was visible pink meat inside. This was concerning, as undercooked chicken can pose a food safety risk. Unfortunately, I was unable to finish the meal because of this issue. Hope next meal is well done

Sunday
This was a curbside order. There were no curbside parking spots available so the app told me to put on my emergency flashers and someone would be out in 2 to 6 minutes with my chicken noodle soup.

I waited 15 minutes before someone came out with the soup. They went to all the curbside parking spaces before making their way over to me. I was told that curbside orders usually get picked up in the curbside parking space and I mentioned to her that there were no spaces when I arrived and the app told me to put on flashers so if that is customary why would you go somewhere else to find me unless the app doesn’t let the runner know this. If that’s the case it makes no sense to tell a customer to put on emergency flashers if that’s not going to be communicated to the employee.

Unfortunately the soup was a big bowl of greasy broth a few carrots two pieces of chicken and three pieces of pasta.

I was sick so I drank the broth and ate the few bits inside and was given a reward for another bowl of soup.

I use the reward at the Keith location and it was full of vegetables full of chicken and full of pasta. The Keith location restored my faith in Chick-fil-A.

I want to recognize Mason for his professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness. He is the only employee during my visits who delivers the level of service Chick-fil-A is known for.

The rest of my most recent experience was unacceptable. My order was incorrect, and I was ignored and treated rudely by other staff. This is not a one-time issue—this location has and ongoing problem with training, accountability, and management. Hopefully Karen Colley will see this and make a change!!!

Mason has been the clear exception and the sole reason for my three-star rating….i would put zero. His performance deserves recognition, and management should seriously reassess their staff and prioritize hiring and training more employees like Mason!

Traveling Boss Lady
We’re visiting from Jacksonville, FL and are patrons overall of Chick-Fil-A. Our youngest son loves their classic chicken sandwich and always gets it plain and dry just the bread and the chicken. It so happens that they’re close by the Hampton Inn where we’re staying for the night so it was a no brainer to come. We came through the drive through and were greeted mediocrely by the young lady who takes orders. We’re used to very friendly and courteous team members in FL asking how our day was or thanks for coming to see us today.. but the one we had was very transactional. Nothing wrong with her tone or anything but didn’t have any warmth to her interaction with us.
We came right at the DT window and was given our order and went straight to our hotel which is .01 miles away. My son showed me his chicken sandwich and was disappointed. The chicken was so thinly cut the chicken could fly if a strong wind blew by! We spent $9.78 for basically the waffle fries and the lemonade!
I can only assume that recession is catching up on Chil-Fil-A and they cut costs by skimping. ‍♀️ ‍♀️ Shouldn’t your ingredients be weighed equally so this experience with customers can be avoided? If you don’t, maybe it’s time you consider weighing them equally so customers don’t feel cheated on.

This changes our perception of the brand and was unhappy with this specific experience at this particular location. I hope this was a one off.

If there’s anything we liked, there wasn’t any lines at this location and there was hardly any wait.

I don’t spend money here because their politics are among the worst and I don’t like the food but i came with someone who insisted on going. The employees are always awesome, almost TOO nice to the point it seems a bit cult like. And I suppose in some ways it probably is. The fries are really oily and they’re usually overdone.

Poor management and service Ms. Karen Colley should be ashamed for her employees here. Please watch the cameras from 10:40am to 10:55am. I ordered a dine in order and none of the front tables were clean from table number 4 to 8, 12 wasn’t clean also a few others. I the customer cleaned these tables in front of her employees and was laughed at by Dre while he ate. Then my dine in order was brought without a tray and I requested one I was told by the young man they didn’t have any clean trays. I figured he might take some initiative and retrieve the trays from the trash cans so they would have some to serve on but after never retrieving them I actually got up in the middle of my meal and once again did it for them. I left them at the pick up counter where the lazy young man left them for mins and then he moved them back to the serving counter and didn’t clean them. Now another girl is cleaning them. Dre was laughing as I walked back I assume the management and leadership is so bad here this is the new Chick-fil-A standard for this franchise. Do better please

Parking lot is always a bottleneck to get in and out. Service a little slow but not too bad. The food is ALWAYS fresh at Thai location and when I ask for special requests, such as no pickles, or extra ketchup for my waffle fries, it is alway “their pleasure” to give me my order the way I want it. I do not recall one time that my order has ever been incorrect. The atmosphere is great too. Took a while to get my ice dream this morning, but still no complaints.
