I show up well before 10:20 and order breakfast. The take my order, I sit and wait for 25 minutes before going to ask where my food is, they never made it and said now it is too late to make breakfast. They won’t make my order even though I have already paid for it, and said my money won’t come back for a few days. No offer for anything else to help fix my issues.
I walked 3 miles in excitement for the one thing i wanted, things for ruining my morning. Oh and they never said my pleasure , rude:

I walked here to try and get lunch and was denied entry because it’s a federal building and you need a valid photo id to enter by the police officer despite talking to previous guards and them not saying it was needed. Who puts a restaurant in a building that isn’t easily accessible I feel like that’s bad for business but maybe not the workers at the building probably enjoy it. So maybe it’s a chick fil a only for people in that building like an elite members club.

First time trying out Chick-fil-A as a Canadian and I was not disappointed. The food wasn’t completely what I expected but was still good for a fast food restaurant. The staff here are so friendly and hospitable. Food came out quickly without a hitch.

It’s a shame. They are inside of a state building in downtown Nashville. I’m certain they get plenty of business from surrounding companies and should have at least decent service but they do Not. Serving cold chicken sandwiches like you don’t represent a large well- respected franchise. The corporate headquarters probably don’t take it as serious as they should since it’s well hidden. That could possibly drag your reputation down but I doubt it will make a difference or anything will be done.

Used to eat here a lot, because I worked in the building, but recently the food is not good. Ordered chicken fingers that were burnt and tasteless and a kale salad that was not fresh. Plus, It took a long time to get the food.

This location is always slow and not what I’m used to in terms of CFA friendliness and service. They don’t move with any sense of urgency or speed when their order screens are completely full and flashing red. I recommend ordering on the app at least 10 minutes in advance during lunch and going ahead marking that you’re at the pickup location. You’ll still wait 5+ minutes for your order.
