Probably the worst ChickFilA ive ever been to, other than the one in the airport.
I’d just gotten out of a long 8 hour day in the hospital with my dying father.
There were 2 people working the front. First of all. There were only 4 drink options, no ice cream/shakes, limited menu items, limited sauces.
Total wait time was 45 minutes.
The worst was the customer service. I ordered a frosted coffee and was rudely told they dont have it. So I ordered a shake, thinking maybe they ran out of coffee since it was late. The guy rudely said “we ONLY have the options listed on the paper”.
I said okay and ordered my food. I ordered a large spicy deluxe meal, and even specified I wanted large fries.
I got my food bag and asked for chickfila sauce. The lady rudely said they dont have any. Thats when I looked in my bag and saw I only had a medium fry. I told the lady kindly that I got a large and she points at the TV and says “well it says medium up there so…”
I clarified to her that I indeed asked for a large and was willing to pay for it. She proceeds to send a cart of boxes flying out of her way and slamming against the wall to grab me my large fry.
By that point, id also noticed my deluxe wasn’t in the bag. It was just a spicy chicken sandwich, but I was already almost in tears from her slamming the cart aside for my fries!
I left and cried. After a long day in the ER, God forbid a lady wants her spicy deluxe, large fry, and frosted coffee. I was so so disappointed. This location will never see me again, neither will it see any of my friends who go to belmont.

All in all this Chick-fil-A was low-key mid. If I had to give it a rating out of 10 I’d give it a four out of 10 my fries were unsalted and my chicken was almost like McDonald’s.

Probably the worst chic fil a I have ever been to. Workers talk to you like you’re from another planet when you ask why they rung you up $16 dollars for a hash brown bowl when it says 7 dollars on the menu. I expected way better as a student here the quality is nothing short of below poor. Food is sometimes unedible. Do better Belmont

I am genuinely blown away at how any of these employees can keep a job. I’ve never waited less than 30 minutes for food, and I’ve had friend wait over an hour. Sometimes they just close early. The other day the kitchen caught fire and the building had to be evacuated. The staff is incredibly rude 90% of the time and sometimes during a rush the cashier will just leave. In all my years working retail and even buying fast food I’ve have never had a worse experience with so many employees EVERY SINGLE TIME than I have here.

I got my food in a reasonable amount of time but never received my drink. The number of people waiting for their drink was at least 20 and after 12 minutes I gave up and left. I tried to get the lady handing out food to help me with my drink but she directed me to wait with the mob.

This Chick-fil-A is disappointing and doesn’t resemble what a usual franchise is like. The wait is very long all the time, the staff are unfriendly, your order is usually wrong and food isn’t the usual quality you’d expect. It’s Chick-fil-A by name but isn’t the standard that Chick-fil-As reputation is 🙁

An employee at this Chic Fil A was extremely rude to staff working for Belmont. When asked if he had credentials to enter a private event he scoffed and said “yeah the shirt” (which are not proper credentials). He had a red shirt on and the logo for the restaurant was not visible. Even if it was visible the building was shut down to even their staff for the event. I noticed he was rude because he needed to use the bathroom. There was one inside the restaurant so Im not sure why he was so adamant about using The Curb Center’s restrooms. I then had to get my supervisor to confirm the building was indeed shut down for a private event and they needed to use the restrooms provided in the restaurant. I can assume he barely works because he didn’t even have the patience to open the door for himself. He pushed the handicap button to do it for him. I had my own job to perform. Do not be rude. I would love to be contacted to further explain the issue.

Aniyah is the absolute BEST Very professional very friendly, very courteous. Jada was cleaning everything when we came in the door. The lines were very short. I will definitely come back to this location
