I received the warmest welcome in the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A in Spring Hill, TN, from Juli. She was incredibly kind and patient, even as I changed my order three times. She laughed with me, never once making me feel rushed, and even took a moment to ask how my day was going. I had a rough week, and in less than five minutes, her genuine warmth made such a difference. It reminded me how powerful simple kindness can be. Every time I go to this restaurant, it feels like home.

I love CFA! As a family we rarely eat here because it’s more than we like to spend for fast food. Everything I’ve ever ordered at CFA has been delicious. I tend to go on my own when I go because I’m the one who really loves their food in our family. I absolutely love their Icedream!! Their shakes, sandwiches, fries, salads, wraps, chicken minis and biscuits are all yummy. It tends to be super busy, however, their customer service and store management work in a timely manner so that you’re not left waiting in line forever, whether drive thru or eat in. I appreciate their mission and what they stand for. I would recommend downloading their app to earn free and reduced price options as the restaurant is on the pricey side.

It never fails every time I come here I always have an issue they always give me someone else’s order or I’m dealing with rude people! And that’s saying a lot with Chick-fil-A but I don’t know what it is that people think that they’re better than Anyone else! I’m officially done coming here I have given it a chance that chance after chance even the manager has belittled me! I literally had to stop the entire wine and park in the middle of the damn road just to go back and get a straw because I was already running late and did not have time to go back through the line just to get a straw ♀️ I don’t understand what it is or why it’s always every time that I come that there’s something that goes wrong!

This location has repeatedly forgotten items from our bag and this morning finally made me leave a review about it. I know it’s usually not a huge deal, but we went through drive through and they forgot the hash browns, my toddlers favorite. I had to park, take out my toddler, go in to grab them, then take my screening toddler-who wanted to play in the playground bc that’s what we usually do-back out to the car immediately so we could be JUST 10 minutes late to our destination. No apology, no offer for free hash browns next time or something… It was just one of those mornings that this was a big deal to me. Food is fine here, but CHECK YOUR BAGS.

I just went to Chick-fil-A in Spring Hill. The employees are amazing. It is 20° with the windchill factor of 4°. They were outside looked to be freezing but so happy and professional. They need a shout out.

I normally do not have any complaints with ChilcK-fil-a but paying $10 for a salad that had wilted and soggy lettuce, no cheese, 4 blueberries, and brown apples is not acceptable. Do better Chick-Fil-A.

The kids are stinks! Needs a good cleaning. My salad was sour smelling. Yes it had blue cheese the market salad but, was a stinky old smell. They gladly replaced it for me. Main issue is the childrens play area stinky, fingerprints and sticky stuff on the seat and other areas. Sorry.

Absolutely worst one around.
They can’t get something like a breakfast burrito correct. It’s not hard. Would come back everyday and order if they did but they don’t. Asked to speak to the operator and Eli refused. This is supposed to have egg on it too. This happens every time. They are either tiny or the tortilla is hard from being old. They need to get it together.
The second and 3rd photos are what I can get from the Franklin location everyday. They get it right 100% of the time and they are consistent. Please go take lessons.
