I had such a great experience at Chick-fil-A today. The staff was super friendly, fast, and helpful: you can tell the leadership team is doing an amazing job. Everyone seemed happy to be there and it really showed in the service. Big thanks to the whole team for making my visit so pleasant!

We were extremely excited to see yall were starting some lunch menus all day and we came in this morning just because!

I usually go here and I love it. The staff are usually welcoming and very kind. However, today was completely different. I ordered my meal and used 2 rewards- a free drink and a free chicken sandwich. The lady who took my order never communicated that the free drink does not include lemonade. I get my price and it was $17. We realized we were uncharged and I went inside to ask why I was up charged by $5. As soon as I walked in, the lady looked at me and asked what I wanted. Already very rude. I explained my situation and she told me the free beverage does not include lemonade, which is fine. She is then very rude to me as I am leaving. Do not go here if you want to deal with bad customer service. Very disappointing.

I went through the drive-through today at 2:30. Not even a busy time that they may accidentally forget something. I ordered my food which included a kale salad it did not have the crunchy almond topping that it says on the menu which to me that would’ve been something good to have had on it and they gave me no utensil to eat it with I did not notice that till I got to the park where I was meeting my grandkids. Therefore didn’t get to eat the salad. My fault for not looking but their fault for not putting what should have been a given that you would need to eat what you ordered !

My family and I love coming to this location. We are closer to Murfreesboro but will drive the distance to come to this location. The staff is so kind and helpful, the operator went above and beyond and helped us clear our table while we were here today. We are so thankful for this location opening up!!
