Literally got some food from there and there was a fly in my husbands fries, I immediately contacted the store manager who, though she seemed empathetic initially states “well oh, it doesn’t looked baked in”, which really upset me because literally, u are suggesting it wasn’t there when i got it, and it most definitely was! It literally looks like it’s fried into the fry. I will definitely not ever be eating from there ever again.

Straight trash location. Granted it was a busy day there wasn’t a seat available and the entire dining area was a mess PLUS they got my order incorrect. I had ordered a Number 7 Club Combo and received the Grilled BBQ. Then even though it was a dine-in order I was told they could not hand out trays, only bags and after I cleared a place to sit, with a random stranger. One of the ladies at the register refused to refill my sweet tea and they spelled my name wrong. Definitely didn’t live up to the standard for this establishment. The BBQ chicken was decent but the waffle fries were way undercooked.

Chick-fil-A might pride itself on morals, but they clearly forgot the main ingredient in mine, no chicken in the chicken sandwich. If you’re hungry for ethics, they’ve got you covered. If you’re hungry for actual food? Good luck.

The food here is excellent as is almost always the case with any Chick-fil-A you go to. The service is also very friendly and efficient. This is however one of the busier places in the ‘Boro to go for fast food, so keep that in mind. Going around dinner time especially the holiday season can be a bit of a wait just due to the sheer volume of business they do.

My family and I love Chick-fil-A and this location is on our way home from church, so we stop here every Saturday evening. Consistently, without fail, every Saturday evening, they forget something in our order. Every single time.
This week, it was my son’s fries and my baby’s toy. Last week, it was a toy, a drink, and a chicken sandwich. The week before that, it was a spicy chicken sandwich and a medium fry.
My husband has spoken to multiple managers about this problem multiple times. At this point, we just go in expecting something to be missing every week.
To their credit, they always apologize and fix the problem. They will give us back what we ordered along with a coupon for a free meal. Or sometimes a free sandwich. Or they will give us a free upsize on a drink. Things like that.
We have honestly gotten more free food from their mistakes than we would have gotten if they had just made our order right the first time.
But at the end of the day, we don’t want free food. We just want consistently good service. We want to not have to go back to the counter every single week to tell them what they missed this time.
If you love quality food, definitely give this location a try. Just make sure to always check your order before you leave.

asked for pickles, Chris put no pickles. Asked for cheese apparently they ran out bc I didn’t get any.. I told Chris thank you and he said, not my pleasure. When I drove off he cursed at me so I had to roll up my window so my kids wouldn’t hear it.

Parker Blessed us with his service the other day. I wanted to share his name because He went the extra mile to help out an overwhelmed mother and it helped ease a bit of stress. Thankful for the whole establishment because you don’t get service like that in this world, but we can feel like people at Chick fil A.

Terrible experience. Ordered delivery thru the app egg & cheese biscuit, hashbrown, dragonfruit lemonade, 2 strawberry jelly, salt, pepper, and 1 ketchup. My sandwich was smashed and the egg looked like it had something on it. I only received 1 jelly but 2 ketchups when it was clearly printed on the bag.

I keep trying to give chik fil a, a chance but they stay disappointing me. I was half way thru my meal and the chicken nuggets tasted weird like rubbery and when I looked into them they were pink not cooked all the way mind you I’m pregnant this can get me really sick
