Ordered the Cobb salad had no egg . The egg is now extra and the salad size is like a side . Had no goodies . Had the lettuce butt in there tho. They need a better Drive thru system . Takes too long

ORDERED and PAID for a 12 count nugget. I got home and only had 8 nuggets! I know this shouldn’t be that big of a deal, but I work hard for my money and feel taken advantage of when I don’t get ALL of what I pay for. I know there is a bit of a difference in the 8 verses 12 price too. :(. Also, the nuggets I did have had a funny taste to them.

Silly busy. So many trucks that are too big for the lot and drive thru. The parking lotis too small for the amount of business they do. Getting out of it is a nightmare. The drive thru actually backed up due to the fact that people couldn’t get out of the parking lot.

Me and my girlfriend went here to get the 30 count chicken nugget. We paid, drove home, opened it, and there was only about 23 nuggets in there. Not that big of a deal but I like to get what I paid for and I’ve now paid for 7 nuggets that I didn’t get.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience was not as good as I get from other Chick-fil-A‘s. I ordered and asked for a simple item that I would pay for with the rest of my food, and they declined to give it to me. I’ve had no problems at multiple other Chick-fil-A‘s in town and out of town, receiving it. What item you may ask?? A egg smh. So simple. To save you all time, go to Old fort, way better, customer service & food. Only went because it was closer 🙁
next time I’ll take the drive to Old Fort 🙂

I’ve had better experiences at this location. But this time was off. My sandwhich tasted undercooked and this is literally how many fries I received none were in the bottom of the bag and no one ate or checked anything on the way home. The tomatoes were really unedible because of the giant core center… Not enough sauce was provided with just two packets for everyone…
