I was supposed to get a 12 piece nugget to share between 2 kids and received a chicken sandwich instead. I tried calling the store and no one answered. I had 2 very angry and hungry kids, and I was one very overwhelmed and overstimulated Mama.

Earlier today; via drive-thru, they messed up my order— i order no cheese and got cheese but I did not realize that until after I drove off. So, I return to the drive-thru and got interrogated by the worker whom messed up the order who demanded the receipt, although clearly the order had cheese and i left the cheese chicken sandwich with her to discard since she was so concern if the sandwich had cheese. Upon getting to the window the guy was concern with the cheese sandwich whereabouts as I was concern with the correct order without cheese. LOL. If only he would of given me proper service nicely without an “investigation” into “wheres the cheese sandwich” cmon dude its just a $4 sandwich.

This Chick-fil-A is fantastic. It’s convenient, the team is always friendly, and the overall experience is noticeably better than other locations nearby. I actually go out of my way to come to this one because the service and food quality are so consistent every time. They really set the standard for how a location should be run.

The service in the drive thru is always great here BUT the last three visits I have had food missing from my order. I usually just let it go but today I even tried to call after getting home and realizing but the phone number on the receipt rang out three times.
Today we were missing an 8 count of nuggets, last week it was a #1 sandwich and the time before another 8 count was missing. This is getting expensive guys!

I ordered from drive thru early Saturday morning. Once I received my order and drove all the way home I noticed the staff forgot an item from my order. Leading me to have to commute all the way back to the restaurant. I’ve tried calling multiple times beforehand but couldn’t get an answer. Once I returned back to the restaurant they gave me my missing item. Then I asked if I could have a fountain drink for the inconvenience and was denied. Manager Aaron was very snarky and inconsiderate as if the inconvenience didn’t matter. Granted I should’ve checked my order before leaving but let’s be honest, Compensation for an inconvenience is customer service 101. I really wish he’d do better next time.

The absolute sweetest and most friendly staff ever! 10 years ago my husband and I were eating in the Chick-fil-A in baton rouge after our wedding. Today we said “I do” again renewing our vows on our 10 year anniversary…. where else would we go other than Chick-fil-A. Everyone was so nice and welcoming to us. We got sweet wishes and prayers for our many years to come. I’m so glad we stopped in. Food was hot and delicious. Then we were surprised with some sweet treats to seal the deal!

I hate that I’m writing this review (hiding my face) becuz I’m a healthnut … but this place is my go-to for a pretty “healthy” fast food option. I don’t buy fast food … but I WILL go here. I can get grilled chicken bites and the kids get their chicken sandwhiches – which are made with real chicken, not chic parts/chemicals. So … we will keep going here as needed 🙂

I’m a regular customer and have dinner here almost every day. I really love the chicken, but lately I’ve noticed the Cobb salad hasn’t been as fresh. The chicken doesn’t taste as good as it used to, the portion seems smaller, and the salad only comes with part of an egg instead of a whole one.
