Update: NO lettuce or Salads AGAIN today! And get this….NO ICE CREAM. So no milkshakes, floats, etc. Very poor managemennt of this location. I’m calling corporate.
WARNING! This place is under new management and it is NOT the same. I have been coming here for 20 years and never had a problem. They NEVER put the dressing in the bag for your salad. How do you eat a salad with no dressing or toppings? This has happened on FIVE different visits. Two weeks ago I was told they did not have ANY salads. WHAT?! Today, I received a “half-full” bowl of COLD Chicken Tortilla soup with NO tortilla strips. I’m sick of it. I’m going to boycott this location until they start caring about their food and service and CUSTOMERS!

This place is horrible. Horrible service. The guy taking our order was extremely distracted talking to his buddy the whole time and was pretty rude. When we got our food, they gave us a bag missing the sauces we ordered and instead containing sauces we didn’t order. When we were ordering we specified that we only wanted chicken sandwiches, not the meal. When we checked the receipt, it said we paid for only the sandwiches. However, there were no sandwiches in the bag. There were only fries. Been here before and didn’t have a terrible experience but this is in the top list of worst Chick-fil-A’s I’ve ever been to.

I ordered Chick-fil-A today through DoorDash for my lunch. They gave my order to the wrong delivery person and instead of remaking my order they cancelled it. After waiting on the phone with Chick-fil-A for 10 minutes they told me it was a DoorDash error and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. All they had to do was remake my order for the right delivery guy who was at Chick-fil-A waiting for my order. Now my only 30 minute break during my 8 hour shift is over and I had nothing for lunch. And I also feel bad for my dasher because he drove and waited there for 20 minutes.

A good chick-fil-A, overall.
Pros: crispy waffle fries, pretty clean, kids play area, 2 lanes for the drive thru, and friendly service (thanks Liam)!
Cons: made one sandwich incorrectly (and fixed it), one of the ladies rooms stall latches didn’t work well, I think their sandwiches are getting smaller.

This Chick-fil-A can’t get right after they transitioned ownership back to corporate. I come here 1-2x per week and the last 8x they have messed my order up twice per visit! There’s nothing that complicated on the menu! Also, the food quality has dropped sharply during this time.

We love this location however tonight was a different experience. They took our drinks and shake to another car and being as it’s the height of flu and sick season we asked it be remade. The guy took it back in and sat it on the counter and picked it right back up. Germs spread too easily for all that.

Drive thru was very busy and they moved us quickly for breakfast. Delicious, fresh, hot chicken minis, hash browns, and sausage muffin. Had to go back inside because they didn’t give us a straw for our drink.
