Good stuff! The number 7 grilled chicken is a tender juicy, “almost salad” on a warm bun and sided by crispy, waffle fries. My server was like a Ninja with efficiency and cute to boot. So glad I was next door at the tire shop getting a plug because this location is one of the best I’ve been to lately.

I love this Chick-fil-A! Most CFA stores are run extremely well, but this one stands out to me in the aspect of service. They truly love to serve. I watched one team member handle a high chair for a customer with a child and then aid with sticking down one of their eating mats for her all while engaging in kind conversation. The workers here are a delight. The food is delicious too, but even if it wasn’t, I’d come back just to enjoy watching the team interact with their customers.

I ordered pickup and when I got there the drive thru was empty so I went through to pickup. They said they couldn’t find my order and I accidentally put it for curbside and couldn’t change it. When they found it they asked me to go to the window. Then at the window he asked me if I had an order. ♀️ I told him I accidentally put it for curbside so he then tells me “So if you pull around to the curbside parking well bring it to you.”

Horrible. I ordered a pick up order that I was taking to my son’s school for him, my wife, myself and his teacher. Ordered 4 sandwiches, 4 fries, 4 drinks and 2 cookies. Took an irregular amount of time to receive the order even though I ordered ahead. Got to the school and 2 sandwiches were left out of the order and the 2 cookies as well. So my wife and I had to just eat fries. Very bad experience.

Reading the previous reviews I’m so glad this location improved. It’s my favorite Chick-fil-A location in Franklin. I normally go when the breakfast, lunch and dinner rush dies down to order and/or pick up food. Lately, I’ve been ordering party trays and every time I stop by to pick them up my order is accurate. I picked up a party tray last night as well as a few to-go orders and had help from the manager carry the items to my car! How precious is this man to stop what he was doing to assist a lady. Oh he also called me to make sure I picked up my party tray, due to running late thanks to the Nashville traffic, which was a very kind gesture. So because of these little positive nuggets I’ll continue spending my money at this location. I hate I didn’t have cash on me to tip the manger because in my opinion he DESERVED A TIP! All because it started to get busy while I was leaving and he could have easily told an employee to help me or just let me be. Overall, he stepped in to assist so kudos to him for setting the example to be kind and helpful.

The food was great as usual. I tried the peppermint shake and it was really good. The staff is great and very fast considering I was there at lunch on a Saturday, I expected for it to take longer. I was able to sit outside in the sun, because the weather was beautiful.

Grabbed some lunch at Chik fil a. We got a few #3 nugget meals and a #2 spicy chicken meal. Delicious as usual. This location is basically new. Clean parking lot with plenty of parking. Decent area, so there are no issues with bringing the kids. The value for price is worth it. About $10 a meal with tax. The staff are polite as their reputation suggests. The drive thru was empty when we pulled up, so we were in and out in no time. As we left, they got slammed. But Chik fil a has a good high volume system for their drive thru. Would not have been an issue if we hit got the timing wrong. We don’t get Chik fil a all the time, but I can see us going back here again.
