Mediocre food delivered slowly and sloppily. If anything I blame management and whoever is in charge of the food court for not making some kind of system to deliver food that doesn’t rely exclusively on paper strips and honesty. If I wanted to steal food here (which I don’t for the record) it would be appallingly easy. The food is fine but I would never recommend eating here unless the food court is near empty.

Food was great. Customer service was terrible. The woman behind the counter reprimanded me for waiting patiently for my food. I had been waiting for my name to be called like one does at every fast food establishment. After about 10 minutes of waiting a woman yells my name and proceeds to tell me that she won’t be calling my name out to get my food that I can read the name on the bag and take it. I am appalled at the customer service here and I do not appreciate being reprimanded for doing what I am supposed just because she didn’t want to do what she was supposed to. On top of that, I asked for “light ice” in my drink and it was filled to the brim with ice. 0/10 would not recommend this location.

This particular location is nice and the staff is always providing pretty fast service. It’s a Chick-fil-A so if you want a delicious chicken sandwich on the go this is a definite go to place. Be careful though, in the mornings this location is super busy and backed up since it’s on Airport Blvd, but don’t worry they push people through pretty fast

Closes early most of the time anywhere from an hour to two hours also fairly slow. They also, have gotten not just mine but several other people’s orders wrong several times. One time I order a fried chicken sandwich and got a spicy chicken sandwich which I could barely eat I’ve also gotten grilled chicken before instead of fried.

The food is fantastic; not a single item on the menu I wouldn’t recommend. However, this particular restaurant has very poor service. They take 4 or 5 orders at a time but only have 1 person handing out food. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get your food, which is normal for a sit-down restaurant, but this is fast food. I will definitely be going back because the food is so good, but they really need to figure out a more efficient way to fill orders.

Worst customer service. I went up to a cashier and after I was ignored, I backed off and waited about five minutes until she finally made eye contact. Then after placing my order, I waited at least 15 minutes — plenty of time for me to watch the staff mosey back and forth between the cash registers, moving fastest only when they had to take our money. They obviously had more people out front taking the money and maybe one or two in the back preparing food; pretty obvious what the priority is. As many as five people were waiting when I finally got my food — and in that time, at least three people got their (smaller) orders almost right after they ordered! A half-hearted apology would have been enough for me, but I didn’t get even that. Not going back here ever again. Plenty of other “fast” food choices close by.
