I love Chick-fil-A they have the BEST customer service there is, customer thank you, employee my pleasure I also love and appreciate that you can order online and it tells you if something is recalled, has a storage or if you changed something we as rewards members appreciate. Now if everyone that comes to the Royal St location to PLEASE place your order online, this way the line will continue to move and you can place as many orders as you want and they will get it just like the person order this especially hood when you’re picking up for coworkers! And if Chick-fil-A can’t ask you to order ahead, I will do it for them: PLEASE order ahead this way the line will continue to move and I can get my order but if Susan up front and placed her order at the speaker now I have to wait on Susan to place her order and it may be her first time and that’s cutting into the congestion in the already downtown area.

Just see it for yourself the drive thru is ran very poorly for a location that is down town. They need more personnel at this location to help manage the traffic like other locations. Miss on the company

Honestly, the best fast food experience I’ve ever had in Alabama. The employees here are a cut and a half above those in Tuscaloosa and the service was excellent, and very fast, even in the incredibly crowded lunch hour. I’ve attached pictures of when it’s less crowded.

My milkshake was very liquidy, not filled to the top and was missing the whipped cream and cherry. My mac and cheese was half filled. I was missing the sauce I asked for and there were no napkins in my bag. Sandwich and fries were hot and good.

can’t stand how stingy they are w the sauces. Want to charge extra for sauce but cant even get the sauce that come w the meal. A shame especially when you’re already paying $16 for a meal. Multimillion dollar franchise and can’t spare the three packets of sauce that come w the meal smdh ♀️
