This location has really good service and if you dine in the food is usually more consistent. My order was placed in the drive through and this is what my large fry looks like. Daniel runs a great store but sometimes the employees don’t know that the fries need to completely fill the container. Why should I pay for a large if I got a medium worth of fries? I know y’all can do it better!

This location is need of corporate to spend a week here. Mobile ordering takes FOREVER! I mean, empty restaurant order for table delivery shouldn’t take 16 minutes! Drive thru pick up or curbside is just as bad! Seems all that is cared about is getting the drive up customers in and out. Not to mention while waiting inside for said food I have found this place absolutely dirty (trash overflowing, tables and floor all a mess and have had to ask for something to clean a place to sit (again, empty restaurant inside).
Ive had half filled fry boxes, when brought to the attention of an employee(NOT a teen either) he was completely sarcastic! Ive had tenders half cooked and wraps that were far from fresh!
Today I get home with our 4 meals we waited curbside for 12 minutes on (drive thru was flowing rapidly) 2 of our sweet teas were marked sweet, reciept showed sweet but both were unsweet. Deluxe sandwich had nothing but a pile of lettuce on it and the large fries had less in the box than the medium we ordered!
This place has become a disaster sadly!

What happened to this place?
When it first opened, I could get crispy chicken and delicious flavorful fries in a fast, efficient manner.
I actively had to stop driving past here on my way to work because I became a chic-fil-a addict. They were that good at making delicious food every time I wanted something to eat, even when I didn’t want to eat anything in particular. I could always count on that consistency.
Now, it’s a gamble on whether or not the food is even done when it’s given to me. I’m honestly scared to order here because I might be wasting money in the process.
Either the chicken or fries are undercooked, more than half of the time it’s both.
It’s disgusting how many times I’ve tried their fries hoping they even remotely have a crunch and it’s just mushy slop.
I no longer trust in their ability to make edible food. I spit out the last meal they made half way into the first bite of chicken because of how chewy and gross it was to eat.
What hurts it that is used to be SUCH a great restaurant, the staff are always polite and the service fast, but either the food quality has gone down or the way they make it has because as it stands I cannot recommend anyone eat here.

For someone who would NEVER eat at chick-fil-a due to the issues with their company policy being Anti LGBTQ+, primarily due to the founder’s family’s donations to organizations with anti-LGBTQ+ stances.
I went because of my family being on vacation, and when I tell you I was blown away with the costumer service specifically with the employee Kayliegh!!
She made sure our order was absolutely perfect! We had an order of $60 and everything in it came out perfectly!
I personally ordered a salad and an iced coffee and she went up and beyond to make sure everything I ordered was 100% dairy free!

I’m a fan of Chick-fil-A and love the food. Trust me. I eat there almost everyday. And I love almost every Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. But sadly (and I mean this with 100% conviction and validity based on recent complaints) – this is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. And let me say first: I have never posted a complaint about a Chick-fil-A as I didn’t think bad locations existed. But sadly they do. Right here on Daphne.
And let me tell you, (once again with 100% truth) they have never gotten a single order of mine correct. Literally ever. I’m not sure what’s going on there but my goodness, it’s disappointing to say the absolute least. No wonder they have A-C-C-U-R-A-C-Y typed out in printed sheets of paper above the to-go window. Please get it together. It’s abysmal service, horrible accuracy, and bad attitudes with 90% of the staff there.

This is the slowest chikfila on the planet. I moved to Daphne a few moths ago. Chick-fil-As where i am from are way faster. Even if you order through the mobile app, most of the time you will have to sit in the parking lot and wait for them to bring it out to you. If you are in a rush, do not go to this location.

Worst Chick Filet I have ever been too. This owner operator must not care. My wife has been here a couple times with our kids she said it’s always like this.The one in Spanish the owner operator is always in there making sure his runs perfectly. Have been going there for many years have never had a bad experience. Have only came here 2 times both times food was wrong and service was terrible. The lady just keep arguing with me about the food being right. Avoid this one at all cost, drive the extra few minutes for way better service.

Updated. Gave them another try tonight. Total chaos, even with few customers. Ridiculous. Corporate, do you care? Original review…This location needs to desperately improve customer service. Sitting here on a Friday evening 7:20pm and looking at a line of customers all the way to the door. Nobody attempting to assist the one overwhelmed employee working the register. Was here two weeks ago and they forgot half the order. When I walked back to the counter, the manager came over and said “sorry, but it’s difficult to get all of these teenagers (employees) to get things right”. He actually said it within earshot of his employees. Although he said it as a joke… not a good look for a manager.
