this is absolutely the worst chickfila in our county. if i were you, i’d make the 15 minute trip to the spanish fort chickfila for quick and friendly service. never had a bad experience there. I come to the daphne chickfila because it is closer to my job, but i’ve been sitting in this line for 30 minutes waiting for a chicken biscuit and coke. absolutely ridiculous. if i could get out i would but i’m stuck in the line due to the amount of cars lined up around the building.

This store has to be the worst Chick fil a. The last three times we have ordered there has been something left out of our orders. This happened from time to time before and now is happening more consistently. I keep giving them chances to improve their service and yet it keeps getting worse. I have even had issues with catering orders and a catering manager that refuses to return your call to make it right. The food cost too much for you not to get what you ask and pay for and unfortunately sometimes driving back and forth is not an option. It will be a very long time before I visit this store again. I will happily drive out of my way to another store that consistently performs well and I know that it will be done correctly the first time.

Prices gone up, quality’s gone down. Rude employees that don’t care about your experience. Waited at least 25 minutes for our meal. Little to no toppings on salad and they didn’t bother to fix it. Ordered a 12 ct nugget meal, gave and charged me for a 30 ct! When we went to change it, they were going to take back the nuggets and give us the original order with the correct charge- they weren’t going to compensate for our wasted time and energy. Ended up finally keeping our 30 ct with the 12 ct charge. We argued for the bare minimum. Worst Chick Fil A ever.

The personnel in this morning’s visit are certainly not the standard I once found in Chick fil A! Inside of the store was relatively quiet with a large line around the store outside. Today, the cashier called out to me while looking at another customer, confiding me, then engaged in chatter with apossible suoervisor about the floor mat placements. Bluntly responded about sizes when I asked for Vanilla coffee. Got my order incorrect, iced coffee was dripping down the outsides of the cup and in top. Rec’d the incorrect order while listening to other guests also expressing, “It USED TO BE to be a pleasure to come here.” Sadly, the state of all American businesses: good help has left the building!!!

Ordered the 8 piece grilled and the “nuggets” looked absolutely nothing like the picture. These nuggets were about the size of a nickel (not exaggerating either). The entire order only filled half of a side container. First time I’ve ever been disappointed with a chick fila but will probably be my last. 10 bucks for basically 1 chicken strips they cut into 8 pieces. Never again

Food is great. My issue was with the delivery via DoorDash. I ordered delivery through door dash and gave instructions to hand off food at door and asked them not to leave it on the ground. I was waiting for the doorbell to ring and just happened to check my phone and find my food had been left minutes before on the ground at the door. I called door dash to ask what happened and they said the restaurant sent directions to them saying to leave the food at the door. I called the Daphne restaurant and Morgan informed me about 15 times that door dash is a 3rd party vendor and she cannot help with the complaint. I called door dash back and they can’t help either because the problem was with the restaurant. If you want your food left on the ground at your door, no problem. If you want it to be handed off, just go pick it up yourself.

Horrible service every time I go. They consistently mess up what I order and never have food out quickly like every other Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. They need to restructure/retrain staff or upgrade equipment to provide the level of service the other Chick-fil-A establishments can. Go to the Spanish Fort location if you can avoid the Daphne location!

We are huge chicfila fans, but time after time, this location had proven it’s the slowest one we have visited. It’s just as busy as any other location so that’s not an excuse. It doesn’t run as smoothly, whether you do drive through or go inside, our experience has been the same each time.
