Food was kinda cold I ordered a fruit cup only oranges just to be given 5 oranges in a cup and they were still old and sour and I was charged full price for it ,I’m allergic to the other fruit by the way. I called and was placed on hold for forever after I explained my issues just to be given an excuse and also told “this Chick-fil-a isn’t the same as others”.Any other chick-fil-a I go to the food is always fresh and when I ask for a fruit cup only oranges I’m given a full fruit cup of oranges this was a terrible first experience and I will think twice before coming back

This store used to be really good when it first opened but now it takes forever to get a meal I was 20 minutes late to work waiting to get through their drive thru line and MY ORDER WASNT EVEN RIGHT WHEN I FINALLY GOT IT! There is absolutely no excuse for this it wasn’t even busy there were 2 cars behind and 3 in front of me. We really did like this place but now they are going down hill. I spend $400+ a month and I don’t mind spending money when you get quality but they are far from it,I use to never check the bag cause they were on point but not anymore. They need to change management or something cause I will definitely be going some where else from here on out!
