This place was REALLY busy when I visited, but the service was VERY well organized and surprisingly fast. Both of the drive thru employees I encountered were exceptional – competent, efficient and friendly!
I went there to get gift cards. Wasn’t able to do that at the drive thru; apparently that’s a walk in service only, so that was kind of a bummer. But, the vanilla milkshake I ended up getting was totally yummy!
All in all a very efficiently run operation! KUDOS to all!!

I am absolutely outraged by my experience at this Chick-fil-A. I found a BUG inside my Cool Wrap — yes, an actual bug in my food — and it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever encountered from a restaurant.
What made this even worse was how it was handled. The manager’s first solution was to remake the wrap, as if I’d want to eat anything else from a kitchen that had just served me contaminated food. Obviously that was not happening. I had to ask for a refund myself because the situation wasn’t taken as seriously as it should have been at all.
Then I reached out to corporate, hoping they would treat this like the major food safety issue it is, and their response was just as disappointing — generic, dismissive, and showing zero real concern.
I’ve always believed Chick-fil-A had high standards, but this experience proved otherwise. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic respect was shocking. I eat here at least twice a week and I will now never return to this location, and I genuinely hope they fix their food safety practices before someone else ends up with the same disgusting experience or ends up seriously sick.

I have always loved Chik Fila. Its has been one of my favorite Take out/ Drive thru eateries of all time. The Meals are always great, but you have taken advantage of the loyalty of all your patrons. You have made your drinks smaller and keep raising the prices. It is disappointing and heart breaking what has occurred in your establishment. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 yrs. But no more, you have have eliminated the Large Drinks in your milk shakes. That is the last straw. You will never get another purchase from me. I hope you come to your senses, and do the right thing. Don’t tell that us by telling your employees to tell us that you ran out of supplies, it beneath your companies dignity. Good bye.

As long as you order in store or through the drive through all will be fine. For the last 2-3 days I have tried placing a mobile order through the app, it doesn’t go through but the money gets taken out of my account. Customer service on the phone was 0 help saying the money will go back to my card in 24hrs (Today makes it 72hrs) and I still haven’t received my money back. Thought it was just my phone or just the app that I have downloaded until my fiancé tried and the same thing happened to her

The curly headed white kid who took my order seemed distracted and uninterested in his job. Didn’t repeat my order or tell me my total. My waiter brought me my food in less than 1 minute my waiter was perfect she filled my drink up to the brim make sure Janai is your waiter she was so kind and polite she even refilled my drink four times but one time she got too flustered and said 1 second and was so polite that she even gave me 40 cents off my sauce

I ordered the grilled chicken nuggets three times in 5 days. First 2 times in drive thru. Both times I received 8 pieces. Went inside last night- explained and did get the 12 piece but literally no ” sorry” I did not want a coupon or money bac- just acknowledgement. Also on Monday September 28 around 7 p.m. I got grid locked in drive through for 15 plus minutes because they refused to move one car holding up the line.

Stopped in while passing through Montgomery. I checked the reviews before we came and almost didn’t stop but this place was just fine. Friendly staff and lots of seating inside. Food was fresh and came out quickly.
