WHY is the mobile order drive-thru line consistently slower than the regular drive-thru line? I have used the new mobile order transaction line in this location at different times of day, and I have been beyond frustrated each time because it is so slow! This feature is supposed to help speed you along when you have placed your order ahead, so in theory it would be ideal for people who are in a rush to work. I have used it in other locations and this is exactly my experience. However, this Prattville location seems to be run by teenagers who have no management to help expedite the team. I visited during lunch rush one day, and I saw a cluster of staff at the drive-thru side just chatting away. The regular drive thru got all of the attention while the mobile line kept growing. Why didn’t anyone in that cluster say, “Hey! Looks like mobile is backing up. Can we jump in and help?” I was so late getting back to work that all I could do was eat my fries on the drive and have a cold sandwich after I ended work. Today, I visited during breakfast. I thought it would be better, because surely you must know that people have somewhere else to be this early in the day. NO! I clocked it. I spent 8 minutes waiting; in fact, with 2 cars ahead of me, we were all waiting for at least 5 mins at the window, while EVERY car in the regular drive-thru sped along! There should be no reason why I’m sitting in the line staring at you for that long. YES! I was watching to see why it was taking so long and, again, it looked like one person diligently working the regular drive-thru and no one paying attention to the mobile line. I’ve also noted that there is a problem with expediting. There should be no reason why a customer behind me receives their order before me, especially when I do not have any special order items. This happened to someone else before, and it happened to me today! What is worse than the slap in the face from being pushed back in priority order, is the fact that now a customer has to wait in line longer so that the people in front have their order! I do not think that this mobile line is well suited for this location. They need to remove it and make this a dual drive-thru lane again. They also need a better management team who will show up and move the staff during the busiest times of day. This is NOT the Chick-fil-A experience that I’m accustomed to, and it is souring the reputation of this establishment.

This location can’t cook fries to save their lives. I’ve had more raw fries from this place than anywhere else. They’ve also forgotten fries when we’ve ordered them. If it happened once, that’s fine, whatever. Accidents happen. But on multiple occasions? They need new staff or to retrain them. Added is all the fries we can’t eat because they’re not cooked all the way.

Usually we have Good experience at Chic fil a, but this time our order was inaccurate and unappetizing. I ordered the egg white grill with no egg white and what I got was no cheese with the egg still there and a skimpy piece of dry chicken. It was clearly marked on the wrapper, no egg white. The hash rounds were greasy and crumbly. Not a good experience this time.

This location in prattville tends to have issues with consistency and accuracy in its orders. I was shocked to open my breakfast bowl and literally be able to see the bottom of the bowl. Maybe 1.5 chicken nuggets had been cut up and put in it. A whopping 8 hashbrown rounds in the bowl and a little bit of egg tossed to the side. Very disappointing.

The service and food was just as good as any other Chick fil a. The cashier still went on with their pleasure to serve attitude. The only thing I had to mark down on was that it was a little dirty inside for a chick fil a. I think I got in just after the dinner rush and I was seeing what was left. Other than that it’s got a play place. Would recommend this chick fil a.

Honestly, as a bisexual woman I could get into CFA’s politics, but at the end of the day this is a local franchise, run by a local business owner, employing local people at a decent wage with average hourly wage being $13.40. I highly doubt everyone supported by this business supports the political views of the higher ups… ANYWAYS, I stopped through here on my way to the beach for the 4th of July and it was WORTH IT! I got some chicken nuggies and CFA sauce with a small fry (YAY CFA Rewards for that one). I also got a cookies and cream milk shake which was delightful. The girl who took my order, Addison, was so sweet and even laughed at the joke or two I cracked while ordering. This is a great little location and I loved what their road sign said as I left. Stay golden Addison and the Prattville CFA!

A wonderful, pet friendly, brand new Chick-fil-A restaurant. The outdoor seating was impressive. It even has a kids play area inside. Sparkling clean bathrooms. Staff was super friendly and on par with all Chick-fil-A restaurants. Highly recommend!

Really for me this place is out of my places where I go. They are now after profits where they use to care about the ingredients and quality of chicken they served. Now they have 50+ ingredients for the grilled and regular sandwiches and use chicken now with antibiotics and growth hormones..
Not what I am looking tonput in my body!
I bought an icecream for my daughter.. the only reason I stopped by.

Not sure what all of the all or nothing reviews are about. The location was very busy but well staffed. Associates were friendly and my food was exactly what I would expect from the chain. I was worried when I saw the drive thru line and went in to see it almost at capacity but my food came out quick and I enjoyed my quick lunch.

Every time I go to this location, everyone is always so polite. My order has never been wrong, they get it out to you in a timely manner and I always get the, “my pleasure”. Well done.
