The so called manager on the night of 01/15/26 was very rude. Made a statement of “ if yall don’t get your food in 2 minutes im throwing your food in the trash” then proceeded to say if you have a problem them we will get you removed from her and get you escorted off of campus. Then after making such statements proceeded to have students wait at the counter for over 10 minutes before an order came out. She made the rude comment “ and most of yall need jobs here”

The staff was very rude and disrespectful. The manager yelled at us and acted as if she had any authority over us. She was trying to degrade the customers and made everyone uncomfortable for mistakes the employees made. And also forget order items. Do better for the people that make sure you’re employed.

Grant it, there’s many Chick-fil-As in this area but I just so happened to be close to this one and I thought it looked a little odd being the only restaurant in the area but it’s actually tied into the Alabama A&M campus. No biggie though. Food was quick, service was good. Not fond of using a kiosk to order but I get that it’s sometimes necessary.

The worst I ordered a Spicy chicken combo I didn’t get any fries, added tomatoes, no tomatoes. My drink was flat. I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A. It’s worse in my life.

Love Chick-fil-A’s customer service. My salad had cheese because I didn’t realize it was on the salad toppings. They didn’t care that it was my fault. They apologized and made me a new one. Thank you!

Update: THIS WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME! I went in on a Friday evening, and after waiting patiently for around 20 minutes, I decided to check in and find out what’s going on. Apparently they had a busy day, and they ran out of the items I had ordered.
The manager on duty, Daniel, did not hesitate to try and make things right for me. After providing me a full refund, he tried to fulfill the items on my order that they still had. He even took it a step further and offered to get me my order the following week.
I did return, and even though he was not there, the manager on duty happily got me taken care of. Top notch customer service
I love having a Chick fil A on the north end of town, but it is unfortunate that it is tied to the school, as they close when school is out. Food is good, although it is a bit more inconsistent than some of the other Chick fil A restaurants. Having said that, I am SOOO happy to have another choice that has some healthier options, even if I rarely get them. Lastly, you do not need to be a student to order, so feel free to go eat there.

The workers are polite and helpful. They do have a limited menu. I ordered the Market Salad (the only salad option) . They had all the dressing options but not the crisp red bell peppers, which is the best addition to the salads. I also had a Lemonade, which tasted delicious and refreshing like it usually does, and a large fry. Which also met the usual marks.

This Chick Fil A is terrible. They move incredibly slow and begin to close early. I came at 6:00pm (they close at 7:30pm) and waited in line for someone to take my order for 20 minutes before they finally told us they’re not taking anymore orders (40 minutes early).
Someone else in line told me that when they came for breakfast one morning a server told them that they’re no longer serving breakfast. The customer then told me that the manager came out and told them that they are still taking orders and the server was wrong.
It seems like the servers shut down early when they’re ready to go home and don’t want to work anymore if the manager isn’t there.
