I ordered a number 7 no egg add tomatoes she repeats the order back and I again told her no egg add tomatoes. When I got to work and open my food it had eggs and not tomatoes. Now I repeated my order twice and so did she. I call to tell them my order was wrong and the manager said there is nothing he can do about it and directs me to a customer care line. You don’t get your money back they put it on you app. I want my money how I gave it to you. They are doing this so you want be bothered with going to the app and they can keep your money. I work in the city and was not going back to replace my order. I will never eat here again. They are not going to be open long when they start getting all these bad reviews . I will continue supporting university dr and governors dr. Its to hard getting in and out anyway. So no for me and my family

This was my very first time eating inside of a Chick-Fil-A and I can say that it did not disappoint, I had high standards and they were very much so met, it was fast, efficient, correct, and absolutely yummy The service here was excellent and the time for my food, even during a rush was almost none, I was genuinely surprised how fast everything came out and it was all correctly made, I Ordered a Chicken Sandwich mea with no pickelsl and a sweet tea and a Spicy Chicken sandwich Deluxe with no tomatoes and I even came back after eating im food for a milkshake and everything was efficiently brought out to me, as a fellow food worker, I can genuinely say I was highly impressed for how new this store is and how well done everything was. Much love to you guys, I hope the best for this store and thank you very much for ypur service <3

This Chick-fil-A just opened and the employees are operating at Olympic-level enthusiasm. I’m talking grand opening energy. They’re smiling like they personally built the place brick by brick. I’m pretty sure someone handed me my food with jazz hands and three “my pleasures”!
Waffle fries? Hot. Golden. Perfect. Not a single sad fry in the bunch.
If this is what brand new feels like, I hope it never ages. ✨

Let me start off by saying, my food was delightful. However…. Where is corporate? District manager? Anyone higher up? And if someone higher up is there, send more help for more training. This location is understaffed and I know how customers can be when waiting for a certain amount of time and I feel for them. (them as in the staff) Do better chick fil a!!!
